My passion for training and coaching has helped me imparted knowledge into several hundreds of Primary and Secondary school Teachers as well as thousands of Undergraduates and hundreds of Pro-fessionals. As an Agilist, I work for a global fortune company ranked number 6 in the world and I support the company’s agile transformation, project management as well as serving other Scrum Masters get progressively better.

I have led, supported and participated in several projects which were successfully closed. I am an award recipient from Tony Elumelu, the Chairman of UBA PLC. As a young professional with 14 years of profes-sional experience in finance/banking, Education, Utility, Auto-finance, Supply-chain/Transportation and Consulting, be rest assured that my training will give you a mindset shift and you will be confident to take a leap into the agile world.

I am on the path of becoming a CTC and ultimately a CST but for now, I have a BSc in Computer Science, Masters in Geographic Information Systems, Masters of Science in Business Information Systems, CCNA, CWNA, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt-CSSGB, Project Management Professional-PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner-PMI-ACP, Information Technology Infrastructure Library-ITIL, SAFe Advanced Scrum Mas-ter-SASM, Certified Scrum Master-CSM, SAFe Agilist-SA, Agile Certified Coach-ICP-ACC, Advanced Certi-fied Scrum Master-A-CSM, Certified Scrum Professional for Scrum Master-CSP-SM.

ADEMOLA OLUKOTUNFacilitator / Senior Scrum Master

Ademola has a Bachelors in Mathematics from University of Ilorin and an MBA from Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK. He is a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). As a seasoned Telecoms Product Manager with over 14 years’ experience, he has successfully managed several projects and products in the Nigerian Telecoms space. He is a Co-Founder and a Director at Wingtech Services Limited; a mid-size start-up that plays in the Telecoms and Lottery spaces.

Ademola worked with A3 & O Wireless, Visafone Nigeria; where he was head hunted by Jim Ovia – Found-er, Zenith Bank. He also worked with Etisalat Nigeria, Airtel Network Limited, Solo phone and Archos S.A. He started Archos SA in Nigeria and utilized the agile principles to lead a team of 53 people and grew its revenue to $3.2 million within sixteen months.

As a Pioneer of several Telecoms products, he has disrupted the Telecoms market with his unique ideas and project management skill set, some of which includes: Launch of first entry level smartphone in Nigeria with an Operator. (Etisalat Gaga Smartphone – 2011). Launch of first entry level Tablet with an operator (Samsung Galaxy tab -2012). Launch of the first Virtual reality glasses device in Nigeria market – (Archos VRG – 2016) Ademola is presently a Partner and Senior Scrum Master at Zhill Systems.

Martin Hinshelwood Partner and Consultant

Martin Hinshelwood has been a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org since 2010 (9 years) and regu-larly teaches both public and private classes in Professional Scrum & Lean. Most recently he has spoken at Agile in Africa and Lean,Agile Glasgow, and at many tech conferences around the world. He regularly teaches Scrum classes in Oslo, Accra, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and has had consulting/coaching engage-ments on every continent. In 2013 he became an Evidence based Management Consultant (EBM) with Scrum.org and uses Evidence based Management techniques to help companies understand how their changes affect their business.

Martin Hinshelwood has been a Software Engineer since 2000 (19 years) working on the Microsoft Stack and has been awarded a Microsoft MVP in Visual Studio and Development Technologies every year since 2008 (11 years) for his work in DevOps & ALM.

He teaches both private and public classes on VSTS/TFS & DevOps and regularly speaks at conferences; most notably in 2017 keynoted DevOps LT, and spoke at Build Stuff LT, NDC Oslo, NDC London, NDC Sydney, and SDD. In 2014 his book Professional Application Lifecycle Management with Visual Studio 2013 was published by Wrox. In the pursuit of business agility for the many organizations, that Martin has recently been working with:
