Hello Zebra Parents,

We wanted to take a quick moment and update you on rs! "oun#da$l%s

departure! Hope&ully, your c$ild s$ared wit$ you t$at rs! "oun#da$l, our social

studies teac$er, resi#ned &or &amily reasons and $er &inal day wit$ us was last

'$ursday! We are certainly sad to see $er #o and $a(e been workin# dili#ently to

inter(iew and $ire a teac$er t$at will pick up w$ere s$e le&t o&& and become a solidpart o& t$e Zebras team! Prior to rs! "oun#da$l%s departure, we were able to

inter(iew some candidates and we &eel t$at we did &ind an e)perienced social

studies teac$er t$at will be a #ood &it &or t$e team! *t will take a &ew weeks &or

our new team member to &inis$ up at t$eir current position and #o t$rou#$

orientation wit$ W+P, so t$eir e)pected start date is -ebruary 22nd!

*n t$e meantime, our administration $as lined up se(ent$ #rade teac$ers &rom

ot$er tracks to come in and sub o(er t$eir breaks! We are (ery #rate&ul &or t$eir

assistance durin# t$is transition period and we e)pect smoot$ sailin# until our new

team member .oins us! We need your $elp in rein&orcin# e)pectations t$at

students will &ollow classroom and sc$ool rules, ad$ere to assi#nment deadlines,

and demonstrate P/* at all times! Please discuss be$a(ior e)pectations wit$

your c$ild to $elp support t$e substitutes o(er t$e ne)t &ew weeks!
