ALL PORTIONS OF THE WORK UNDER THE CONTRACT. ALL CONSTRUCTION AND/OR INSTALLATION MEANS, METHODS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE WORK, USING HIS TO THE CONTRARY. CONDITIONED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURERS' WRITTEN ORDINANCES. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND FOLLOW UP IN WRITING WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS. IN TIME OR MONEY FOR ANY IMPEDIMENTS TO HIS WORK. IS FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND THAT HE FAILURE TO SO ADVISE WILL CONSTITUTE NOTICE THAT CONTRACTOR ITEMS NOT INDICATED IN THESE DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. NOTIFY HAND SHALL BE FURNISHED BY THE CONTRACTOR AS THOUGHT IT WERE LEGITIMATELY AND REASONABLY INFERRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK AT ARCHITECT/EOR OF ANY DISCREPANCIES. PRIOR TO BIDDING AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THOSE REQUIREMENTS. OWNER ARCHITECT MEP CIVIL ENGINEER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT 5 GENERAL NOTES DRAWINGS SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED TO SUBCONTRACTORS IN COMPLETE SETS AS INDICATED BY THE SHEET INDEX. G.C. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING SUBCONTRACTORS BID ON ALL ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTRACTOR WILL INSPECT THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY TO CHECK EXISTING WORKING CONDITIONS.
