The Reproduction Right Act (1995)

1995 : photocopy for a collective use - compulsory payment to a collecting society (press review, illustration of teaching)

1995-1997 : ADBS (articles, conferences, creation of a specific association)

1999 : negotiations by the Bank sector

2007 : no more a problem but the issue of photocopy has moved to other fronts

It is the first time that the word “library” has appeared in the exceptions provided by the French Intellectual

Property Code
