from Registered Contractors/Firms for the following work-

1. The Tender document can be had from the ofce of the
undersigned on cash payment as a cost of Tender document and
on production of registration card duly renewed for the year
2014-15 from 7/6/2014to 16/6/2014 4 P.m.
2. Only those contractors can cast their tenders those have been
registered under Sales Tax. The Tender Document can be
issued to the intending tenderers only after production of Valid
Sales tax registration (TIN), PAN and Cess Registration issued
by the competent authority.
3. Position of funds:- Demanded.
4. The Tenderers are supposed to send their tenders by
registered post / by hand duly quote the name of work & dated
of
receipt on the envelope which should reach this ofce on or
before stipulated date.
5. Tenders received without the fullment of above instructions
shall be rejected out rightly.
6. In case of the date of receipt of tenders is declared as
holiday or the ofce are closed due to disturbances or any other
reason, the tenders will be received on next working day .
7. The tenders shall be addressed to Ex.Engineer Sonamarg
Dev.Authoritv and should reach this ofce by hand or through
registered post upto 17/6/2014 2 P. M. These shall be opened on
the same day or any subsequent day in presence of the
contractors who may like to be present.
8. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the NIT or
extend its date without giving reason thereof.
9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any
tender or all without assigning any reason thereof.
10. The rates quoted by the contractor should be pasted with
transparent tape& without same shall be rejected.
11. The time of completion is essence for the job and penalty @
Rs.1000/- per day shall be imposed for delay beyond stipu-
lated time of completion.
12. The call deposit (CDR) shall be pledged to ACCOUNTS OFFICER
SONAMARG DEV. AUTHORITY.
13. No rebate/free of cost/below percentage tender shall be not
entertained, the tender shall be out rightly rejected by the
tender opening authority.
