andwithshearboltoverloadprotectiononthePTO,

AMAZONEZA-Xgearboxeshavebeenprovenbythe

hundredsofthousandsandaremaintenance-free.

Fornormalfertilisertheagitatorensuresaneven

flowoffertilisertothediscs.Whenspreadingeasily

damagedmaterials,thelargeagitatorfingercanbe

removedwithjustanR-clipandthereducedagita-

tionstillensuresanevenandreliablemetering.

Whenhalfsidespreadingwithpressuresensitivefer-

tilisertheentireagitatorheadcanbedisengagedby

simplyremovingastainlesssteellynchpin,asystem

thathasprovenbestinpractice.

The fi lling sieve is useful, when fi lling with bulk stored fertilisers, which have been, for example, loaded using a front end loader. This then keeps out stones, lumps etc.. The sieve folds on the ZA-X 902 and 1402 models whereas it is bolted on the smaller hopper sizes.

Tele-Quick vane Border spread defl ector

The standard Tele-Quick border spreading vane (available as an option on the ZA-XW 502) is stored in its holder and can be exchanged without tools for the long spreading vane. It doesn‘t get any quicker or simpler than that!

The border spread defl ector (optional equipment) provi-des an exact spread right up to the fi eld‘s edge. For this, one side of the spreader is switched off. When spreading normally, the defl ector is simply lifted by hand out of the way. Also, this useful AMAZONE acces-sory is made from stainless steel.
