OVER 10 YEARS EXPERIENCEHundreds of systems built in the last 10 years with polyvalent units in residential and commercial buildings, o ce buildings, industrial complexes, hospitals, clinics and accommodation in general.
EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY
EXP Systems allows a complete air conditioning system to be set up with domestic hot water production, thereby obtaining a double result with a single unit and one expense, and guaranteed high performance from the energy supplied by the compressor in terms of energy e ciency.
VERSATILE SYSTEMEXP Systems is a fourth-generation heat pump that produces hot and chilled water, combined or independently, for 4-pipe and 2-pipe systems with domestic hot water production.
RELIABLE UNITThanks to its innovative control logic, EXP Systems meets the cooling and heating requirements by minimizing the stops and restarts of the compressor resulting in the bene cial e ect on the duration of all the components of the cooling circuit.
FLEXIBLE INSTALLATIONEXP Systems is adaptable for various system installation requirements thanks to its several con gurations and accessories that make it plug and play.
ECOLOGICAL SOLUTIONEXP Systems can be de ned as a polyvalent environmentally friendly unit because it represents the e cient evolution of the electric heat pump, in line with the most stringent European directives. The high performance in the heat recovery mode further increases the di erence compared to conventional installations, thereby reducing the direct and indirect emissions that contribute to the greenhouse e ect.
Independent and simultaneous production of chilled water for air condi-tioning and hot water for heating to allow comfort in buildings with di er-ent internal heat loads also due to the di erent orientation of the building (e.g. o ce building).

... THE INTELLIGENT SOLUTION
EXP Systems is the intelligent solution to air conditioning requests in systems where the heating demand is simultaneously or independently combined with a cooling request. The units adapt well to various types of systems, thereby guaranteeing unique e ciency and versatility.

EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY
EXP Systems is todays technology that guarantees the most e cient solution in combined operation of hot and chilled water production reaching a TER of 8 or more. With EXP Systems, seasonal cooling and heating becomes e cient air conditioning throughout the year for guaranteed comfort.
TER (*) up to 8.33
(*) TER = total e ciency ratio in total condensation heat recovery mode
The wide range of polyvalent air-cooled heat pumps has been designed to meet the diverse requirements of hot and chilled water production with energy e ciency values that are also A class. The cooling components have been optimized for the latest hermetic scroll and semi-hermetic screw compressors to be used with the respective use of R410A and R134a gas.

TER (*) up to 8.3729 4th generation polyvalent water-cooled heat pumps with power up to 700 kW allow the precise and accurate choice of the model without wasting power. The e ciency in the operation mode combined with condensation heat recovery can reach TER values of up to 8.37 with guaranteed high energy savings throughout the year.
The units of the Y-PACK EXP and Y-FLOW EXP ranges, equipped with the revolutionary AF+ (Adaptive Function Plus), which is a Rhoss patent, allow the set point to be adapted according to the load of the system for additional energy savings.
UNITS FOR 2 AND 4-PIPE SYSTEMS
The EXP Systems units have been designed to operate in 2-pipe systems with domestic hot water production and in 4-pipe systems. This exibility allows it to be used in several types of construction, thereby allowing any subsequent change in the intended use.
HOT AND CHILLED WATER FROM ONE UNIT
The EXP Systems units are designed for a single machine to meet simultaneous and independent demands for hot and chilled water, thereby optimising energy consumption and simplifying system management. They are easy to install thanks to the possibility of hydraulic components assembled in the units require very little maintenance and guarantee high reliability of operation.
OPERATION
EXP Systems units can operate in 2-pipe systems with domestic hot water production, and in 4-pipe systems. This exibility allows it to be used in many types of construction. The heart of the system is represented in the new electronic control and control logic designed by Rhoss to meet all the system requirements in 2 operating modes: AUTOMATIC and SELECT.
Often in residential cases, in homes with individual systems or apartment blocks with centralized systems, in hotels, nursing homes, gyms and accommodation structures in general, the air conditioning and air treatment requirements are accompanied by the need for domestic hot water production. When the EXP Systems is con gured for 2-pipe systems, it performs this task with maximum exibility throughout the year.
In o ce buildings and the service sectors, the modern air conditioning systems increasingly require simultaneous production of hot and chilled water.Improved thermal insulation in structures, the increase in the heat loads due to the lighting and the presence of large windows, lead to the system having to cool certain areas while having to heat others during spring and autumn. In this case, when the EXP Systems is con gured for 4-pipe systems, it represents a very convenient complete solution.

CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS
In continuously evolving systems with customised installation requests, Rhoss provides support and advice for the best suited units for the project. Competent technicians in the relative matter and technical and sales personnel follow the market and its trends, proposing solutions.Rhoss o ers the possibility to perform the test of the EXP Systems unit by setting up the R&D Lab. This allows the buyer to perform the simulation and veri cation of the EXP Systems unit in the actual operating conditions for which it was chosen and purchased.
