Phoenix Energy of Nevada, LLC has created new revolutionary technology using electromagnetic Induction high pressure steam. It can be retrofitted into any oil, coal, nuclear or natural gas power plant with no emissions resulting totally eliminating the fuels currently used and their cost.

8MW of electricity input power can manufacture 100MW output by using their electromagnetic Induction system.

Electromagnetic Induction creating high pressure steam can clean nuclear radiated water as they are doing now in Fukushima, Japan and clean treated sewer water to drinking water eliminating all pollution in

the process and create hydrogen directly or as a byproduct and/or desalinated water for farming or drinking.

HECO has been given the technology report from the PENV website by Joseph in Egypt and they now know they can replace all oil and coal in their power plants with this fuel less electromagnetic Induction high pressure steam system in retrofit pricing at $12 million per 80 MW, $300 million in total. This eliminating of all of Hawaii’s electricity imported oil and coal costs could take place in less than one year, saving Hawaii and HECO (at current fossil fuels costs) $500 million annually. The current HECO KW fuel purchase fund fee totals over $1 billion, easily making this retrofit technology cost a painless no brainer for HECO. I hope they choose to do it soon.

Joseph in Egypt will be contacting all the HEI/HECO Corporate Board members and management team, linesmen, engineers and union officials about this new technology and what HECO can do to eliminate all pollution in their operation now, 2016.

HECO or the Hawaiian Gas Company or Joseph In Egypt in partnership can grow the electric power plant fleet by 30 new 80MW systems of this revolutionary

technology for the purpose of producing hydrogen fuel for Hawaii’s transportation needs.

Hydrogen fuel contracts can be sold to Hawaii Gas for fueling: The BUS, HANDI-VAN, Hawaii’s High Way Dept., Roberts Touring Co. etc and Matson Shipping. All commercial trucking and personal use car operators can be asked to switch to hydrogen very cheaply because of a lower price and or incentives thus ending most fossil fuel use in Hawaii in a very few years.

All the Hawaii Airport liquid jet fuel can be manufactured out of hydrogen fuels, instead of from oil and natural gas or methane as is now done in a new Hawaii produced fuel contract saving $billions and those dollars now exported for oil purchases remain local.

Over all we are talking of just a few years ago of Hawaii buying $5-$6 billions in foreign oil a year which is now half that currently. Clearly electromagnetic Induction technology using no fossil fuels and producing our own hydrogen fuel as a replacement is a huge savings even at current lower oil prices.

Phoenix Energy of Nevada’s electromagnetic induction high pressure steam systems can be installed for HART’s new elevated transit system that runs only 17 hours a day. The remaining time its dedicated electric plants would be making clean electricity or and hydrogen fuel.

Hydrogen gas piping to fueling stations and the producing of all clean hydrogen fuels would make Hawaii THE 100% Clean Energy Can Do Capitol of the world.

HECO or Hawaii Gas or Joseph in Egypt or a number of others including Phoenix Energy of Nevada could own and operate the new hydrogen producing plants.

Hydrogen is also a good electricity storage fuel to back up the grids acceptance of other renewable energy sent into the HECO grid system.

China has told me and England, France and Germany that they are not interested in attacking Hawaii with her 3,000 nuclear bombs the US military has on hand and on ships when they decide to attack China and India and Russia in October 2019. If Hawaii has nothing to offer these nations especially Europe who have told China and Russia they are not joining the

Masonic/Illuminati Elite Rich who have ordered the Pentagon to instigate confrontations for this war starting a few years ago, a clear secret soft Coup de Tat.

Hawaii, in this nuclear war, will become total nuclear toast if they don’t have something to offer China, India, Russia, England, France and Germany, besides this nuclear madness. China has invested $600 billion so far in funding clean renewable energy, recently visiting the European nations mentioned above signing $150 billion deals with each and budgeting an initial $100 billion to be spent in China and promises at least $100 billion more through the AIIB Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

Funding is available thru First Hawaiian Bank, PNB PARIBAS, Bank of Hawaii, Two Solar Investors working in Hawaii and the AIIB China clean energy funding bank as with other clean energy funders, each with more than $25 billion in idle assets. PNB PARIBAS has $trillions as does China available for commercial clean energy projects. As well the above hydrogen fuel conversion contracts and a Hawaii Phoenix of Nevada partnership could lead to Hawaii being PENV’s demonstration of EMI technology to the world. I suggest PENV license sales of

their equipment for $10 billion in India and $10 billion in China, $5 billion in Russia, England, France and Germany creating $40 billion upfront for them to proceed in retrofitting many of the 600 closed and another 500 closing coal power plants in the US which for only $12 million each could be restarted with income from every 80MW of over $100 million each in profits annually, totaling over $100 billion for 1,000 retrofitted plants they envision doing. A banker could partner with PENV and make great amounts of money while bringing great reductions in pollution and greatly lowered electricity costs to many millions in the US and billions of people overseas. 120 nations have pledged this year to eliminate fossil fuels use. Germany has said it will end nuclear power use in the next 20 years. All these oil, coal, natural gas and nuclear plants can be retrofitted with huge 100% fuel savings and fossil fuels elimination.

The Honolulu Aloha Tower HECO 103MW power plant is now closed and could be retrofitted and if no steam turbines have been removed could be put back on line by Phoenix Energy for less than $20 million or as less as $12 million to generate annual profits of a whopping

$100 million at current HECO clean energy pricing to clean energy electricity providers of $.14/ KW. This would be a declining KW PPA with 75% of the profits going to HECO Union IBEW Local 1260 employees averaging $50,000 a year for two years from the profits of this plant with the 14 cents/Kw rate, then in two years a drop to $10 cents/Kw then in year 5 an 8cent/Kw rate thereafter PPA agreement in a 20 year overall contract.

The HECO workers and union should impress on HECO the major benefits of doing this single technology demonstration power plant retrofit which would establish this EMI technology for Phoenix Energy as an approved commercial clean energy technology and then the entire HECO power plant fleet and transportation hydrogen fuels manufacturing plan soon after.

If HECO is willing to sell the plant to Joseph In Egypt, or Phoenix Energy or the HECO employee union and funding is established a good profit to the funders would ensue as they funded the next $3- $8 billion of the plan.

If HECO is not willing to do a demonstration or major retrofits to its power plants then more aggressive moves

must be made to buy out HECO to get the results available in a short two year term. I suggest the Union and current employees of the HEI/HECO system be lent $8 billion to buy out HEI/HECO in-total and run the company themselves which they are doing already. A soft hostile Take Over or internal management replacement may be a better way to go and cheaper with current Board Members voting for new management and this clean energy plan. It would eliminate the PUC needing for stock holders to be convinced of the changeover which is Hawaii law with a new owner. An internal management team is not a problem under current PUC or Hawaii law. Security and Exchange law says the new team must own or have in hand a third of the voting

stock period in a Hostile Takeover. A management team among Hawaii clean energy players could be swiftly installed as a new HEI/HECO team. The funding local Hawaiian banks or other funders could absorb the American Savings Bank as well for their efforts and further profits.

I am suggesting several other funding options. Current KW fuel fees can be extended even after the plants are retrofitted. Road fuel taxes can be used and even raised to fund the new $3 billion or more needed to manufacture and pipe hydrogen to the fueling stations and to hotels, office towers, condo buildings and large businesses and manufacturers or individual homes who want to use hydrogen to create their own cheaper than

HECO electricity with fuel cells or generators, thus contracting he electric grid. The more homes off grid the better, hydrogen can be THE Solar PV storage solution of choice.

HECO must decide soon to go 100% clean now or be over taken by other technology and solutions from other new emerging companies than what little they now are offering or undertaking, even trying to eliminate the home solar industry companies in Hawaii by bankrupting them and making solar financing impractical. The oil and gas industries are lowering price to end clean energy funding and HECO is following their mandates against Hawaii law.

I suggest the management, Board members, and working men and woman of HEI/HECO check out this new technology and opportunity for several reasons.

1. It can end fossil fuel use in Hawaii now in total electricity and transportation with a huge expansion of the HECO power plant fleet.

2. Government alone cannot make this happen the HECO and Hawaii

Gas Company must act to make contracts and get funding established that profits the lenders and shows to everyone the possible economics involved and benefits over all to the expenses which are offset in a few years if not one year

for many parts of this technology’s use.

3. Current Hawaii citizens run the HECO and Hawaii Gas companies and can persuade, after due diligent review of this technology, that their companies must act to

purchase this clean energy technology now or others must act to take away these companies from the people that won’t act in Hawaii’s benefit. Current Board members should vote to act with the power they have to institute these plans or they will be removed when the sale of their or imminent domain is instituted or the Legislature with Governor so advises or PUC demands a radical restructure of one or both entities or another competing player to begin operations for more localized town and city distribution systems or off grid systems as well. I suggest the purchase of HEI immediately on their rejection of the outline of this plan and technology with new mini super cooled super conductive 1 mile mini grids that can hold any amount of renewable electricity even excesses.

4. “No technology”, a former PUC Chairwoman, on exiting said, “is yet available and the economics are not greatly low enough for all of it to be done swiftly.” Now, all

that is changed. EMI is 100% clean and cheap.

5. Hawaii Bankers must weigh in as to their willingness to put funding in place or outside funding will fill that necessity. We are asking for their help and ideas to move forward swiftly.

6. Pay back of funding for the entire $8 billion project is already well in place with the Kw fuel purchase fees fund annual $ billion for electric oil needs being authorized to be used for this technology’s installations at under $300 million initially and the road use tax and gasoline tax $2 billion as well a passenger $100 clean jet fuels fee of $100 would be good to initiate on every one of the 20 million passengers flying into or thru the Hawaiian Airport $2 Billion then a in the air and on line Clean Energy Lottery 1 ticket only for $100 each every month prizes of $1m $1 m $100m and a $1 billion once a month would generate $10 billion if 100million tix are sold per month globally. Hawaii could export this new Phoenix Energy

Electromagnetic Induction technology with funding around the world. For the rest of funding the $8 billion 100% clean energy in Hawaii hydrogen gas sales of our own manufactured hydrogen fuel $2 billion, Hydrogen synthesized into liquid Jet Fuel $2 billion and the electric and grid sales of clean energy $1 billion totaling $5Billion without a lottery and with, $15 Billion or more depending on the lottery profits annually.

How is this PENV new plant design different?

Steam Turbines are used in about 90% of all power plants in the world to

turn steam into mechanical energy. The steam is created in a boiler by

Conduction, a process where metal is heated to heat water. (similar to a Tea

kettle) This water is heated to produce steam via gas, coal, nuclear energy, etc. PENV has Designed and Patented an Induction Steam Generating Vessel inspired by existing and proven Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) Technology that will use Induction Fields to heat metal flow channels to produce steam at the needed temperature, pressure and volume. PENV has designed a Plant that is

extremely efficient using three forms of heating for our water, Induction, conduction and our Patented Heat scavenging reverse condenser. This condenser was designed to capture the waste heat as it exits the turbine. The spent steam is returned to a liquid state and moved back through the water process. This means that we are capturing a portion of this heat instead of letting it cool for discharge.

To put it simply, higher water input temperature means less fuel used during the steam cycle. PENV Engineers have calculated that our condenser fitted to an existing conventionally fueled plant would result in at least a 15 to 25 percent reduction in fuel cost and a corresponding reduction is harmful emissions.

What is Induction and how is this more efficient than a conventionally fueled plant?

Electromagnetic induction is the production of an electromotive force across a conductor when it is exposed to a varying magnetic field.

What?

To put it simply, Induction is accomplished by running AC power at low voltage and high frequency. The rapidly alternating magnetic field generates electric currents inside the

conductor (in our case the flow channels in PENV’s  Induction Steam generator vessel). These are called eddy currents. The resistance of the conductor material to these eddy

currents produces substantial heat. The control of power, frequency, and coil geometry of our induction system gives us the ability to control the heat range available for our flow channels and tailor them for the process of flashing water to steam within our

desired temperature range ( around 500 to 600 degrees F).

The chart below illustrates the  the efficiency of using Induction as our primary heating source. W / cm square shows the heating/power transfer of each type of heating. The

measurement is used to show R watts or power/heat transfer to metals applied to a one square centimeter area of the metal you are trying to heat. In other words, “how much power/heat can we transfer to one centimeter of the material to be heated?

The only methods with higher rates than induction would be Carbon

Dioxide (CO2) Lasers and Electron Jets, both of which have extremely

narrow focus energy beams and are of no use when trying to heat large

volumes of material. The first three items on the list Convection, Radiation and Thermal Conduction are the existing heat transfer methods used in all Steam Boilers. The massive difference between Induction’s ability to transfer heat compared to a typical Steam boiler arrangement is staggering to say the least. This difference is at the Heart of the PENV Designs and Equipment and

makes it possible for us to produce steam at the needed temperature, volume and pressure to operate a Saturated Steam Turbine Generator for relatively low amounts of electrical voltage. We have finished designing a new construction 120 MW plant and are presently trying to complete financing for this plant. PENV and Inductotherm Engineering calculations have shown that the

power requirements to operate this plant will fall between 4 MWe to 8 MWe. This power will be used for the Induction feed water re-heat and steam generation vessels and all other plant associated needs. This will leave the plant with a surplus of 80 MWe to 100 MWe of clean, renewable / regenerative, zero emissions power to sell to the grid.

What about water treatment?

All steam turbines can basically produce distilled water as a byproduct. The difference is that PENV  has designed accommodations in our systems to cleanly capture and use this  fresh water to meet the demands of our growing population and Industry. The recent water crisis was not front page news when we

developed our co generation Power Plant/ Desalinization / Water Treatment plant, but PENV always considered this configuration as a necessity for underdeveloped areas that are short on power and clean water. The portability and low build cost of our plants could easily save lives in many parts of the world.

PENV’s Plant is also ideal for treating recycled water as well as waste/brown water. PENV’s Plant attached to a waste water facility would be a major asset to any utility looking to treat waste water as opposed to dumping it. PENV has also discussed the possibility of using our Plants to treat polluted bodies of water or to even

filter potentially harmful water runoff from before it actually enters a lake or river. We can treat around 2.6 million gallons of water per day on a typical 100MW unit.  Larger units and multi unit installations will have a corresponding increase in water treatment capabilities.

One of the main factors to consider with water treatment and

desalinization is water transportation and movement. This has always been as costly as the treatment itself. The main cost for all of these plants is the Power/Electricity required to function economically. By Installing one our Plants you will eliminate that bill and have a surplus left over to sell. As a clean, renewable and zero emissions power generator almost all of the U.S. states have open power purchase

agreements to buy that extra energy. Our cost estimates for production at present time are extremely low ( about 3 cents per Kwh ) making our plants not only renewable, but competitive and in most cases substantially lower than Nuclear, Coal, Gas, Solar and Wind.

What if I do not need water?

The original plant configuration is just as cost effective and by not treating water you would dramatically extend maintenance intervals. This configuration could be run as an open or closed loop.  A closed loop system

is ideal for areas where warm water discharge or brine discharge is an issue. This would effectively be a dry cooled plant when using a closed loop. A closed loop system can effectively be built anywhere, from the

middle of a city, an industrial park or even in the harshest conditions on the planet such as the desert or tundra.

What is meant by low to no emissions and is there really no need to fuel these plants?

Our plants can be started directly from the grid or by a start up generator. This start up time would require nominal emissions when compared to the output of our plant. The cleanest installations would be multi unit plants that could keep one unit on line while the other is in an outage or receiving repairs or routine maintenance. This configuration

would be a zero emissions installation after start up.

PENV’s Plants run strictly on an electrically generated induction field and no other fuel is needed after start up. Other than maintenance our plants can run 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 320 days a year Our plants are ideal base load plants that

require less maintenance and offline time than a conventionally fueled plant.

 

What about Emissions and Compliance?

Our Plant is basically a big water heater that uses induction technology to flash steam. The unit when running will produce no/zero emissions.  This means there is literally nothing to regulate. PENV’s proposed Florida plant has been planned using an existing 10k sf warehouse. PENV’s only site requirements included nearness to grid and simple building codes for the weight of our equipment.

I have a coal /gas/nuclear plant that is closed or in the process of being closed, can PENV do a conversion and is it affordable?

PENV can convert almost all plants to a clean, renewable Power Provider. If you have a Saturated Steam Turbine that can be operated in the 500 to 600 Degree F range we can do the conversion using much of your existing plant infrastructure. These old plants are an asset to their communities  and our country and

with PENV’s no fuel requirements they will be able to keep the lights on in their communities regardless of whatever happens to the National Grid.

As for affordability, PENV’s New Construction Project in Florida has a total price tag of 13 million dollars

using a used 120MW steam Turbine Generator. All plants have different challenges of course, but a single conversion on an existing plant would definitely be less. Contact us for a quote and estimate, we can assure you that you will not be disappointed!

 If this plant does all that you say and could benefit so many people, businesses and the environment why are you not building them already?

That is a question PENV has been pondering quite a bit lately. The development took about three years and after patenting our Equipment, Designs and Processes PENV started soliciting private investment about a year ago. This was an opening to every type of financial scammer in the world. We will forever be amazed at the length people will go to try to steal

money from strangers. The few legitimate investors that funneled through the cracks were looking at basically taking control of the company. We were talking to one investor after months of negotiating and he finally flat out said they would only consider funding the project if they were a controlling (65% minimum) owner of PENV.  Well, with

4 years of your lives unpaid on one project and a lifetime acquiring the skills to actually accomplish and design this system, you can imagine how well that sat with PENV. We decided at that point to submit to the DOE and the ARPA division of DOE, unfortunately almost all of the solicitations were for Solar, wind or Auto with nothing dealing with our

new, never tested Induction Power Plant design. We submitted as add-ons to nonresponsive FOA’s and received some excellent feedback, but no funding. At this time we came to the attention of The U.S. Congressional SEEC Committee and were told that we really had a great design and would we please come and speak before the committee about our possibly game changing Invention. That was in the October thru November 2014 time frame and while the correspondence is still flowing in from them, and we know things move slowly in Washington, we really believe we have something that absolutely speaks to their mission, the pursuit of Clean, Renewable Energy and protection of the environment.

PENV has also started submitting to Power Providers and Generators and has had some excellent feedback, but no concrete desire to build.  Many of

the Utilities cannot buy into technologies until they have commercially proved themselves and this is completely understandable, but many of the power providers/Generators showed absolutely little interest in even meeting with us to discuss the merits of the design. We contacted one (nameless) Generator/producer who asked PENV to send our technical drawings and engineering plans to his company. We sent about 59 pages of detailed technical documents and received a reply in only 20 minutes that they were not interested at this time. We then started work on financing a complete plant and have had a few offers, but the buy in is steep. We just turned down a capital company that was ready to finance the build, but the finance cost to PENV would still be about 300 thousand out of pocket at the start of the loan and 20% of the 13 million when all is said and done.  It is costly

financing, but at least we know they are there if we decide to go that route.  We have recently applied ourselves to the co generation water treatment power design and are talking with a number of water providers and water related entities. We have made some excellent headway toward possible funding opportunities and possible non profit sponsorships. The water issues in California are bringing the need to look at alternative ways for producing water to the front of the line and it looks like PENV will be an excellent fit.

In the end we still do not know why PENV has not built our first plant. We have no new science to prove. Induction has been in use for 70 years and the whole process is based on how much voltage and what frequency is needed to heat x amount of a specific material. Temperature is temperature whether it is generated

with fossil fuels or induction energy. The turbine generator will not care which method is used. The rest of the plant is just a combination of top notch Engineering and years of experience in multiple fields dealing with Power. It is a bit of a

disappointment that we were not immediately noticed for what we believe will be possibly the biggest push forward in affordable, economical, clean and renewable energy, but PENV is determined to

keep engineering and building until we get there.
