The BROADWAY BRIDGE project is an application of our previously developed comprehensive building system. The system enables a low energy consuming building that provides high quality indoor comfort. The site design also involves sustainable approaches on stormwater reuse, and by reconnecting the break points of the Boston Harbor Walk, which encourages pedestrians to join the urban scale recreation route as the same time as interacting with the building.

The ASSEMBLY SQUARE project is an urban planning assignment. The design intention is to elevate the residential towers while to allow ground floor openness and the fluidity that encouraging people travelling from the site to the water front on the other side of the train track. Few node elements are anchored in the ground, and become the connector and medium of the outdoor spaces and the entrances of the indoor tower lobbies.

The Millennium Tower project is a residential tower with an attached historical building renovated as office and retail spaces, located in downtown Boston. I joined the team when the CA phase started. My primary responsibilities included providing assistance on finishing construction drawings; receiving, distributing and help returning submittals and RFIs; and providing visual material for design decisions making. I have also attended coordination meetings between Owner, Architects and Contractors.

Fall 2014

Fall 2014

I joined this 26-story, 350 units residential tower project for its DDs through CDs. My responsibility was to create and draft construction sheets with drawings provided by consultants. Through this process, I studied the NYC building codes, ADA standards, and MEP and fire protection documentation rules.

During internship at Handel Architects, I was assigned rendering and model making tasked for few residential teams. By providing interior renderings for 33 Bond Street, I got basic knowledge on interior furnishing, rendering and adjusting process. For similar purposes, I also produced physical models and 3D print models to represent spaces.
