P-scale vs. cot for |dcot

- Apply quadratic correction; 16 cot bins; new template (-0.0025,-0.0005,500) - A bug found: Previously cotThetaCorr only applied to mu+; now fixed - 200/pb: CotCorr = 1 – (0.00010 * cot – 0.00032 * cot * cot) - step 1: CotCorr = 1 – (0.00016 * cot – 0.00032 * cot * cot)

B-field study (16 cott bins): after correction

p (after vs. before) : 8.4*10^-5; about 6.72 MeV on Mw. Consistent with 200/pb: p = 0.10*10^-3
