THE MAIN TARGETS OF THE PROJECT
Empowering governmental and non-governmental sectors.
Encouraging the forms of partnership between these sectors.
• 53 separate researches on Youth Problematic• 1 research on Youth Problematic of Lithuania• 1 international conference on youth researches• 53 separate researches on the Quality of Youth Politicy implementation• 53 presentations on presenting the results of the researches (different sectors)• 1 research on cross-sectoral cooperation of Developing Youth Policy• 16 evaluations of YNGOs (quality of activities, goals, recommendations) • 10 TC in order to evaluate and raise the competences of the representatives of
YNGOs. • 2 national conferences on youth policy implementation• 10 discussions based on the working quality of the Regional youth councils and
NGOs• Spreading experience of Youth Centers.
THE MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT
Youth workers: evaluating the competences and certification
• Evaluate 600 people who work with youth and give the recommendations.
• Have 500 certificated youth workers.
Aims of the YW Certification system
• To officially recognise youth work as public service and youth worker as qualified specialist who implements public youth policy in Lithuania.
• To offer ways and procedures to obtain, develop and recognise necessary qualification to carry on professional work with young people.
