you have done and will continue to do for our program. Our feeder system coaches play a critical role in the success of the high school
programs. We cannot do it alone; however, and we are willing to assist in the process of improving the feeder system to benefit all
kids.
The goal of this master plan is to help our coaches teach our system to our future players. We want our future players to know the
fundamentals of the game, the correct terminology, and be ready to produce at the high school level one they get to that level.
As a youth coach, you are the lifeline of any successful soccer program. We need everyone to work together for the betterment of
all players at all levels. It is our vision to assist in becoming the soccer club in this area that others are attracted to because of the

TRAVEL- U10 The following are a few items that will benefit the high school program if they are taught at this level. We are trying to create a plan that will work collaboratively with the high school and youth program. This will allow the youth players to become acquainted with the high school system and the way we do things within our soccer program. This will provide a successful transition into high school. We want to point out that at the high school; we are expected to compete against some of
the best teams in the state on a daily basis. Our sectional includes three or four of the top 25 teams in the state each year. To compete with the likes of these programs, we would strongly encourage you to play in the toughest, but appropriate, level of competition. Development is the top priority. Skill Mastery:
1. Dribbling
a. Creativity with the ball b. Dribbling to beat an opponent- explode c. Dribbling to get away from pressure d. Dribbling to maintain possession e. Develop “front-footed” dribblers
f. Moves: pull-back, scissors, half-scissors 2. Passing
a. Passing using the inside of foot b. Passing with outside of foot c. Playing with a purpose- make the simple pass d. Make eye contact with teammate e. Introduction to longer types of passes
f. Pace and accuracy is crucial g. Pass to feet vs pass to space
3. Receiving a. Develop the first touch b. Teach them to “open up” when receiving ball- Vision c. Receiving balls in air and ground
d. Stress FIRST touch away from pressure 4. Finishing
a. Finishing off the dribble b. Finishing from the pass c. Finishing a breakaway d. Finishing with back to goal e. Proper technique
f. Follow through for power g. Head down- stay low
5. Supporting a. Support teammates after making a pass b. Support teammates after a long ball has been played c. Introduction of spacing and team shape
d. Create proper angle of support for teammate
e. Movement off the ball is important 6. Defending
a. Mentality of winning the ball back-immediately b. Getting them to recover and pick up opponents in transition c. Role of 1st defender (pressure or delay) d. Role of 2nd defender (cover)
e. Role of 3rd defender (depth)

ACTIVITIES
“Change” Each player has a ball and begins dribbling around. When the
coach says “change” each player needs to change direction and
explode into space about 3 yard. This continues for about 3
minutes.
Transfer Divide team into two equal teams. The grid is divided into two
spaces with a half-line. One team starts with the ball and the
other team sends in a defender to win the ball. Once the
defender wins the ball they need to play the ball to their
teammates in the other part of the grid. The team that lost
possession sends in a defender to win the ball back. This
continues for about 4-5 minutes.
Triangle Touch Two players and a ball. Three cones in a shape of a triangle.
One player is the passer and the other is the one working.
That player gets between one side of the triangle b/w cones
and receives ball. That player passes the ball to partner and
then sprints to the other side of triangle for same thing.
Number Game Divide group into two teams. Provide each player a number
within each group. Players start on the side of the field. Coach
will place ball in the middle of the field and call out a number.
The appropriate number from each team play 1 v 1.
Lights Each player has a ball and starts dribbling across the field.
When they hear Red light-they stop, yellow light-they walk,
and green light-they dribble fast.
Rapid Fire 3 teams are formed. One team is on shooting from the top of
18. They have all the balls. The other two teams are on each
post of the goal. GK is in the goal. One player from each team
on the post stands inside the goal next to the post to assist the
GK but does not use hands. The shooting team shoots one shot
at time as fast as possible. If a goal is scored then the teams
on the post have to sprint a small distance and return. If the
shooting team shots goes over the goal then they have spring
a short distance. Each team shoots for 3 minutes.
2 cone Shadow Ball and a partner. Two cones about 5-8 yards away. One
player starts with the ball and is attacking one of the cones
while the other player is moving side to side to defend. If the
player with the ball beats the defender to the cone –then it is a
point. Players cannot come across the middle line of the
cones. Play for 1 minute
6 goal game Form 2 teams. There are 3 goals on each side of the field on
the end line. Teams attack the goals and look to score on any
of the goals on the opposite end. To score, ball has to be
played on the ground between the gate. Encourage changing
point of attack and not forcing things. Progression: 2 points
for middle goal and 1 for wide goals. Play for 7-8 minutes
U8- Practice Plans
*50-60 minute practice
*Focuses- Fun and Technique *Use common Language *Third of practice should be devoted to “play”
Session 1(Passing Focus)
Warm up- No Laps, make it fun, tag, or any type of game with the ball will work
English Passing- 2 lines facing each other with one ball, line with ball will pass to other line, then move to end of the line they passed it to. WORK BOTH FEET!!!!! Can do one touch and speed it up, Can introduce short, short, long with this as
well. Focus on strength of pass, direction of pass, and settling the ball( do not step on ball)
Box Passing- 4 cones with one ball, rotate clockwise, pass clockwise to start, can switch directions and do short, short long as well. Focus on strength of pass,
direction of pass, and settling the ball( do not step on ball), try to incorporate to get the first touch pushed toward where they will play the ball.
Freeze Pass- Focus on movement off the ball. Players are playing possession( keep away) max three defenders, everyone else on offense, when a player has the ball
they can not move and must pick out a player on their team to pass it to, if the defender intercepts the pass they switch, if the ball makes it to the teammate, then
the one who passed the ball can now move and the one who received can not. Final 15- Scrimmage
Session 2 (passing Focus)
Warm up- can be new or the same one for every practice
3 player passing- need 2 balls and 3 players per team. Players will stand 5-10yds
apart in a straight line with the balls at the end player. For 1 minute, the middle player will “check” move towards the end of the line, they must call for the ball, receive the ball, then play the ball back, after playing the ball back, they must run
to the other player with the ball and do the same thing. After all players go once, you get rid of ONE of the balls, so now one ball for three players. For 1 minute,
The middle player will check to the outside player with the ball, receive the ball, turn away from that player with the ball and take a small touch then passing the
ball to the other outside player, and then checking with them.
Box Passing- 4 players, 1 ball and 4 cones. 3 players pick 3 separate cones, with one player being a defender. Can only play ball to cones in line with you not across,
player must move to open cone to give 2 options to person with ball.
4 goal Passing- Set up small squares, one at each edge of your field( preferably a
15x15 grid) Split into 2 teams. Players score by passing a ball to a teammate in
the square cone area. Reset after each goal
Final third of practice- Scrimmage
Session 3( Dribbling) Warm up- Freeze Tag (10 minutes) frozen if they get there ball kicked away, use
one or two people without balls to kick away the others balls; can become unfrozen
by having someone pass the ball between their legs.
Work Dribbling (10 minutes)- use half a full field or a full small sided field. Focus
on keeping the ball close, while increasing speed as they dribble. Have them use
left foot, then right foot, then both feet. By the end they should be dribbling full
speed and keeping ball close, use a coach to kick ball away if ball is too far away
from player.
T Cone drill- Setup
1. Set up four cones approximately 5 yards apart in the shape of the letter T.
2. Two players at the T-Cones with one ball at the base of the T. One player will
rest while the other player is working.
3. Create multiple T-Cone setups to allow the entire team to participate.
Instructions
1. The first player starts at the base of the T and dribbles around the middle-top
cone and cuts to the right-top cone.
2. He then dribbles around the right-top cone and cuts towards the top-left
cone.
3. He then dribbles around the middle-top cone and returns to the starting
cone.
4. He then dribbles around the bottom cone and continues with the same
pattern again.
5. Repeat this same pattern for 1 minute each and rotate players.
Variations
Limit the type of dribbling:
o Right foot
o Left Foot
o Bottom of the foot
No ball, but make the players sprint. Have them facing forward only, so they
will need to sprint forward, shuffle, and backpedal.
Final 15 Minutes- Scrimmage
Session 4(Dribbling) Warm up- Fill and empty bucket. Do 2 times
Split teams evenly. Then split each team into two groups, 20yds apart with a small
square of cones in between each group. Players will start with a ball, then one
player will dribble to the square, they will stop and leave the ball, then run to the
other line and once they reach the line the first person in that line will start their
dribble until the all balls are in the square. To empty the bucket you do the drill in
reverse, players will start without the ball, run to middle and dribble to other line
with the ball.
Pirates of the PUGG Goal- 10 minutes
Setup
1. Build a circle approximately the size of the center circle. The actual size of the
circle will vary depending on the age and skill level of the players.
2. Place a Pugg Goal in the middle of the circle.
3. All players start in the playing area.
4. Dedicate 9 players with the ball, and 3 players without a ball are the "Pirates."
Instructions
1. Instruct the "Pirates" without the ball to defend the players with the balls.
2. Once the Pirate wins the ball, they attempt to score on the Pugg Goal in the
middle of the circle.
3. If the Pirate scores the goal, that player becomes a Pirate.
4. Play continues until the last player with the ball wins.
5. If the pirates have a hard time getting started, the coach can help the pirates at
first
OUCH!- 10 minutes
Setup
1. Build a grid 20X30 (may adjust if too large or small).
2. Every player begins in the grid with a ball.
3. The coach and assistant coach start in the grid without a ball.
Instructions
1. The coaches jog around in the grid and players try to kick their balls and hit the
coaches.
2. The players get a point each time they hit the coach.
3. The coach should yell OUCH each time they are hit to make the game FUN.
4. For younger players, the coach can walk around their knees.
Final 15- Scrimmage
Session 5(Defensive Focus)
Warm up- Sharks and minnows (10 minutes)
Setup
1. Build a grid approximately 20X25 yards. This field should be adjusted based on
the skill level and number of players participating.
2. Two players are designated the SHARK start in the middle of the grid without a
ball.
3. The remaining player starts with a ball on one of the end lines.
Instructions
1. The minnows, the players with the ball, attempt to swim from one end line to the
other while keeping their ball away from the sharks.
2. The sharks attempt to gain possession and knock the minnows ball out of the
grid. Once this happens, the minnow becomes a shark.
3. The last minnow standing wins the competition.
1V1, 2v1, 2v2 (10 Minutes) - Set up two pug goals, have a player on each
end line, have them run to middle to win ball then work defensive work if
they do not win the ball. This can transition to 2v1 and 2v2. Focus on how
to defend, using hips to control and do not allow for the players to just kick
out at ball or just stab for the ball.
Numbers Game- 10 minutes
Setup
1. Create a small 1v1 field approximately 15X20 with two small goals on each end
line.
2. Split the group into two even teams and assign a number to each player in each
team. For instance, if you have 5 players in each team, number off 1-5 in each
team.
3. One group wears an alternate jersey.
Instructions
1. The coach plays a ball into the area and calls out a number.
2. Those players assigned to that number sprint onto the field and play a 1v1.
3. The game continues until a team scores a goal or the ball goes out of bounds.
Variations
Have more than one 1v1 going at the same time.
Call out two or more numbers to create a 2v2 or 3v3.
Final 15- Scrimmage
Session 6( Attacking focus) Warm up- Quick Attack!( 15 Minutes)
Setup
1. Create a grid approximately 25X40 yards. This is a large field for 2v2, but this is
intentional as it will create more breakaway situations and will encourage players
to attack the space while going to goal.
2. Place a small goal or Pugg goal on each end line.
3. Split the team into 2 equal groups, one with an alternate jersey color.
4. Assign each player a partner on his team. These players will continue to be
teammates throughout the entire soccer drill.
5. Assign each team a goal to defend.
6. 2 players from each team step out to play 2v2. The remaining players should line
up across their defensive end line with a large supply of balls.
Instructions
1. Play 2v2 inside the grid to the small goals.
2. If a team gets scored on they step off and two new team members step on with
the ball. They look to get a quick attack on the team that just scored.
3. As a team scores a goal, they must quickly transition to stop the quick attack.
4. The scoring team stays on the field and plays 2v2 until they get scored on.
5. If the ball goes out of bounds, the ball restarts from a teammate on their end
line. Players only switch after their group gets scored on.
6. First team to 20 wins.
4v4- 10 minutes
Setup To set up this 4v4 soccer drill:
1. Create a grid that is approximately 40 X 25 yards.
2. Create a small goal (about 8 feet wide), or allow the players to attack the end
line.
3. Since the field is longer than it is wide, the dimensions of the playing field create
an emphasis on passing in the game.
4. There is a premium on playing the ball forward early.
Instructions Each team has either a line to defend OR two small goals to defend. Scoring is achieved
by:
Stopping the ball anywhere along the line.
Stopping the ball in either small goal.
Coaching Points Offensively:
Vision - players should be able to look up and read the game with their eyes
since the number of players are limited. Player's heads should be on a
constant pivot.
Communication - make sure players are communicating both verbally and
non-verbally.
Support - make sure players are using the entire playing area (width and
length) to get into good supporting angles. Create passing options that
allows the receiving players the most time and space.
Appropriate use of 1st touch
Appropriate use of short or long passing
Changes in the direction and speed of play
Create goal scoring opportunities
Combination Shooting- end with this
Setup
1. Using half of the soccer field, place a keeper in the goal.
2. About 18 yards from goal, set two cones about 5 yards apart that are placed
perpendicular to the goal. The first shooter starts between these two cones.
3. Place a cone equal to each side of the penalty box about 10 yards from the top
of the box. Place a player on each of these cones.
4. Place another cone in the middle of the field about 10 yards from the side cones.
5. The shape of the cones should be in a diamond with the cone closest to the goal
having a small window.
6. his window will be used as a passing reference for the player to receive the ball
as they check into this space.
7. The remaining players should be positioned at the cone farthest from goal with a
ball each.
Instructions
1. Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 and follows his pass.
2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 between the cones as player 3 is checking
through the cones.
3. Player 2 follows his pass and checks into the cones in the middle.
4. Player 3 should have a touch with their back to the goal towards their far side
and finish with a right footed shot on goal.
5. As Player 2 is making the pass to player 3, the new player 1 makes a pass to
player 4 and follows his pass.
6. Player 4 passes to the new player 3 who is checking-in between the cones.
7. Player 3 has a tight touch and turn with their back to the goal towards the
backside and finishes with a left footed shot.
8. Player 1 will then pass to player 2 and the same pattern is followed.
U10- Training Plans
Session 1- Dribbling Warm up- No static stretching and no laps, get inventive, create fun games for
them to play!
T cone dribbling- 15 minutes
Setup
2. He then dribbles around the right-top cone and cuts towards the top-left cone.
3. He then dribbles around the middle-top cone and returns to the starting cone.
4. He then dribbles around the bottom cone and continues with the same pattern
again.
5. Repeat this same pattern for 1 minute each and rotate players.
Variations
Limit the type of dribbling:
o Right foot
o Left Foot
o Bottom of the foot
No ball, but make the players sprint. Have them facing forward only, so they
will need to sprint forward, shuffle, and backpedal.
Coaching Points
Close touches

Figure 8 Dribbling- 15 minutes
Setup
1. Create two 5X5 yard grids about 5 yards apart.
2. Place two training sticks in the middle of the grids approximately 3 yards apart.
3. Set a cone on each end turning the grids into a pentagon.
4. One player starts between the training sticks with a ball.
5. Players should play at full speed for one minute then rotate with a partner.
6. Setup multiple obstacle courses depending on the number of players.
Instructions
1. The player will dribble in a figure eight pattern around the cones and through the
center training sticks without any dribbling restrictions.
2. Next, as the player dribbles to their left, they should dribble with the outside of
the left foot and as they travel to the right, they should dribble with the outside
of their right foot.
3. Now, as the player dribbles to their left, have them dribble with the inside of the
right foot, and as they travel to the right, have them dribble with the inside of
their left foot.
4. Each series should last 1 minute before switching.
Last Third of practice- Scrimmage

Work Dribbling(10 minutes)- use half a full field or a full small sided field. Focus on
keeping the ball close, while increasing speed as they dribble. Have them use left
foot, then right foot, then both feet. By the end they should be dribbling full speed
and keeping ball close, use a coach to kick ball away if ball is too far away from
player.
Pirates of the Pugg Goal- 15 minutes
Setup
5. If the pirates have a hard time getting started, the coach can help the pirates at
first.
Coaching Points Attacking: keep the ball close with head up so the players are aware of defenders and safety areas (space). If the ball is lost, recover quickly and fight to win it back. Defending: Transition quickly from defense to offensive and stay focused once the ball
is won, and find the target.
Catch me if you can- 15 minutes
Setup
1. Create a 10 X 10-yard grid.
2. Start a player on two diagonal corners of the grid.
3. Each of the two players has a ball.
Instructions
1. When the coach yells "GO", the players must dribble around the outside of the
grid in an attempt to catch their partner.
2. When the coach yells "STOP", the players must stop the ball.
3. When the coach yells "TURN", the players must switch the direction around the
grid.
Variations
Add commands such as:
o "LEFT" to use the left foot only
o "RIGHT" to use the right foot only
o "BOTTOM" to use the bottom of the foot only
Coaching Points
Close Control
Speed with the ball
Keep the ball close
Sharp touches
Play Final third of practice
Session 3- Passing Warm up- 10 minutes
English Passing(10 minutes)- Set two lines with one ball about 10 yards apart.
Player plays ball then follows to end of line they passed to. Focus: good passes,
good first touch
Variations: one touch, short short long
Pass and Move!- 15 minutes
Setup
1. Create a box approximately 3 yards by 3 yards.
2. Set two codes approximately 5-7 yards on either side of the box.
3. One player starts in the box and the other two players start at the two cones on
either side of the box.
Instructions
1. A player on the side of the box passes to the working player as they make a
check run to the ball.
2. The working player receives the pass, turns around the training stick back into
the middle of the box.
3. The working player then passes the ball between the training sticks to the player
on the opposite side of the box.
4. The working player makes a check run outside the box towards the player they
made the pass.
5. The side player returns the ball to the working player in the middle.
6. The working player then receives the ball, turns around a different training stick
and returns back into the box.
7. They then pass to the other player and the pattern repeats.
8. Switch every 1 minute allowing players time to work at full pace and rest.
Final Third of practice- Scrimmage
Session 4- Passing Warm up-10 minutes
Setup
1. Create a small window with two cones approximately 4 yards apart.
2. Split the team evenly into two groups.
3. Each group should line up about 6 yards from the passing window.
4. The play in front of one of the lines should start with the ball.
Instructions
1. The first player in line passes the ball through the window to the first player in
the other line.
2. The passing player then follows their pass to the back of the other line by sprints
outside the window.
3. The receiving player then takes a touch then plays the ball back through the
window to the next player in the other line.
4. The passing player then follows their pass to the back of the other line.
5. Repeat.
Variations
Pass in one-touch
Coaching Points
Clean first touch
Toe up, ankle locked
Strike the ball smoothly with the inside of the foot
Good pace on the ball
Focus on accuracy between the cones
3 player passing (15 Minutes)- need 2 balls and 3 players per team. Players will
stand 5-10yds apart in a straight line with the balls at the end player. For 1
minute, the middle player will “check” move towards the end of the line, they must
call for the ball, receive the ball, then play the ball back, after playing the ball back,
they must run to the other player with the ball and do the same thing. After all
players go once, you get rid of ONE of the balls, so now one ball for three players.
For 1 minute, The middle player will check to the outside player with the ball,
receive the ball, turn away from that player with the ball and take a small touch
then passing the ball to the other outside player, and then checking with them.
Focus on good passes and touch on the move. Second variation focus on a good
tight turn.
Center Pass- 15 minutes
Setup
1. Set up a grid approximately 20X20 yards. The size of the grid can be adjusted
based on the age and skill level of the players.
2. Place a midfield player inside the grid.
3. The remaining players will split into even lines on the four corners of the grid.
Instructions
1. Player 1 plays a ball into the central player and starts his run down the sideline
to the back of the line.
2. The central player plays a first time ball into Player 2.
3. Player 2 plays a ball into Player 3 and sprints down the sideline to the back of
the line.
4. Player 3 passes to the central player and makes a run down the sideline to the
back of the line.
5. The central player plays a first time ball into player 4 who plays a ball into Player
1 and sprints to the end of the line.
6. The play continues.
Variations
After Player 1 and Player 3 passes into the middle player, have them step in
to become the middle player.
Coaching Points
Focus on passing weight, accuracy, timing, and movement.
Players should communicate to make the movement flow.
Players should get into a rhythm.
Final third of Practice- Scrimmage
Session 5- Defending Warm up- 10 minutes
1v1, 2v1, 2v2- 15 minutes
Set up a grid and have a goal at each end. Have players attack, defender wins ball
then turns to attack. Focus on control of offensive player using hips and not
stabbing for the ball.
Clean your room!- 15 minutes
Setup
1. Create a grid that is approximately 15 X 15 yards. You should adjust the size of
the area depending on the size, skill set, and the number of players.
2. Assign one player to "clean the room." This player will act as the defender to
knock everyone's ball out of the grid.
3. Every player other than the room cleaner needs a ball.
Instructions
1. Start by having the players dribble around free in the grid.
2. The coach should release the room cleaner into the grid.
3. The room cleaner's job is to steal the ball from the dribbling players and kick the
ball out of the grid.
4. The dribblers must retrieve their balls and attempt to get back into the grid as
quickly as possible.
5. The room is "clean" once all of the balls are out of the grid at one time.
6. The room cleaner should kick the ball out of the grid as far as they can to give
them a chance to get all of the players.
7. If a player is struggling to clean their room, a 2nd room cleaner can be sent to
assist.
Variations
Start with 2 room cleaners (defenders).
Make the players do 10 jumping jacks before entering the grid. This will give
the defender a bit more time to clear other balls out of the grid.
Coaching Points
Instruct the room cleaner (defender) to pressure players with the ball quickly
and kick the ball out of the grid as far as possible.
Dribblers must be aware of the defender (pressure) and remain calm and
protect the ball.
6v4- Till End
Setup
1. Setup a grid about 40X60 yards with full-size goals at each end line.
2. Split the field players into 6 vs 4. With a goalkeeper in each goal.
3. Number the team of 6 from 1 to 6.
4. The team of 4 does not need to be numbered.
Instructions
1. The team of 6 must pass in numerical order.
2. The team of 4 is not restricted and does not have to pass in numerical order.
3. When possession is regained by the team of 6, the numerical order begins with
the player that has possession.
Variations
Make the team of 6 complete a pass to all 6 team members before going
forward to goal.
Increase to 6 vs 5, and then 6 vs 6.
Coaching Points
Movement and communication will be crucial for the team of 6.
The team of 4 must attack quickly to off balance the team of 6.
Session 6(Attacking focus) Warm up- Quick Attack! (15 Minutes)
Setup
7. Create a grid approximately 25X40 yards. This is a large field for 2v2, but this is
intentional as it will create more breakaway situations and will encourage players
to attack the space while going to goal.
8. Place a small goal or Pugg goal on each end line.
9. Split the team into 2 equal groups, one with an alternate jersey color.
10. Assign each player a partner on his team. These players will continue to be
teammates throughout the entire soccer drill.
11. Assign each team a goal to defend.
12. 2 players from each team step out to play 2v2. The remaining players should line
up across their defensive end line with a large supply of balls.
Instructions
7. Play 2v2 inside the grid to the small goals.
8. If a team gets scored on they step off and two new team members step on with
the ball. They look to get a quick attack on the team that just scored.
9. As a team scores a goal, they must quickly transition to stop the quick attack.
10. The scoring team stays on the field and plays 2v2 until they get scored on.
11. If the ball goes out of bounds, the ball restarts from a teammate on their end
line. Players only switch after their group gets scored on.
12. First team to 20 wins.
4v4- 10 minutes
Setup To set up this 4v4 soccer drill:
5. Create a grid that is approximately 40 X 25 yards.
6. Create a small goal (about 8 feet wide), or allow the players to attack the end
line.
7. Since the field is longer than it is wide, the dimensions of the playing field create
an emphasis on passing in the game.
Combination Shooting- end with this
Setup
8. Using half of the soccer field, place a keeper in the goal.
9. About 18 yards from goal, set two cones about 5 yards apart that are placed perpendicular to
the goal. The first shooter starts between these two cones.
10. Place a cone equal to each side of the penalty box about 10 yards from the top of the box.
Place a player on each of these cones.
11. Place another cone in the middle of the field about 10 yards from the side cones.
12. The shape of the cones should be in a diamond with the cone closest to the goal having a
small window.
13. his window will be used as a passing reference for the player to receive the ball as they check
into this space.
14. The remaining players should be positioned at the cone farthest from goal with a ball each.
Instructions
9. Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 and follows his pass.
10. Player 2 then passes to player 3 between the cones as player 3 is checking through the cones.
11. Player 2 follows his pass and checks into the cones in the middle.
12. Player 3 should have a touch with their back to the goal towards their far side and finish with a
right footed shot on goal.
13. As Player 2 is making the pass to player 3, the new player 1 makes a pass to player 4 and
follows his pass.
14. Player 4 passes to the new player 3 who is checking-in between the cones.
15. Player 3 has a tight touch and turn with their back to the goal towards the back side and
finishes with a left footed shot.
16. Player 1 will then pass to player 2 and the same pattern is followed.
