The Pod

The Pod is a mobile bus roaming the

roads of North Kesteven, bringing

opportunities for sport, hanging-out and

relaxation closer to home for those aged

up to 16.

Packed with on-board activities and

always on the move, when it comes

close by, it’s a great chance to interact,

learn new skills and generally have fun.

What will it offer?The Pod concentrates on areas without existing youth facilities and brings with it the latest in gaming technology, interactivity and leisure.

Jump on board and discover distractions which range from the latest Nintendo Wii, interactive digital games, DVDs and music to opportunities to get outdoors with the play kit and football.

Get active, get busy or sit back and chill-out, having a good catch up with friends or taking part in one of the many activities on offer.

If you want to escape the boredom and find something different to do, it is an ideal place.

Youth Activities

It’s Right Up

Your Street

The AscentThe Ascent is NK Outreach’s indoor climbing facility. It is located at the North Kesteven Centre, Moor Lane, North Hykeham.

The Ascent provides a unique climbing experience for all with its varied climbing lines, bouldering routes, overhangs and step challenges.

Ascent instructed sessionsCome along for a unique indoor climbing experience. Available for all aged 5 - 19 years. All climbing equipment is provided; wear tight comfortable trainers or plimsolls for best climbing experience.

• Every Monday, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm• Every Wednesday, from 4.30pm - 6.30pm• Every Friday, from 7.30pm- 9.30pm

Prices for all sessions - £4.10 per climber including kit.

Please book via the North Kesteven Centre reception on 01522 883311. All sessions will operate with maximum user numbers of 12 climbers and two instructors.
