#1 – Be True to Yourself• You must follow your heart and your dreams, not
the dreams someone else has for you. • This may mean making a radical change in your
life, or simply making small adjustments. • The key to continually examining your life is to
make sure you are following your own true path.

Questions to ask yourself: • Was I the kind of person
I want to be today, or this week?
• What would make tomorrow or next week feel more true to myself?

#2 – Leave No Regrets• Everyone has some regrets, but people who had the
fewest were the happiest. • People don’t regret risks that failed; instead they regret
not having risked more. • What often determines our happiness in life is how we
handle set-backs in our life.

right now? • Am I stepping forward or retreating?

#3 – Become Love• The more you focus on acting
with love, the more you will find happiness.
• This begins with choosing to love yourself and breaking away from thoughts that are self-defeating and self-critical.
• You must make loving relationships a priority in your life.
• Show kindness and compassion for all you meet.

interaction?

An old Navajo grandfather told his grandson that there is sometimes inside of him a fight between two wolves. One is evil – full of anger, envy, sorrow, greed, regret, and arrogance. The other is good – full of joy, serenity, love, hope, humility, and empathy. The grandson thought awhile and asked his grandfather which wolf wins the fight. The grandfather replied, “the wolf that I choose to feed.”
