Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union
ABOUT THE PROJECT • Number of participants: 38

and Spain
• Dates: 12 Oct-20 Oct (9 days)
• Location: Coma-Ruga, Tarragona Spain
The youth exchange will be held in the natural scenery of Roda de Bará -
Tarragona .38 participants from 7 different countries will meet to share their
opinions and experiences about the environmental conditions in their
communities.
During 7 days there will be dynamics and workshops related to the topic to
understand what sustainable development really means. We will give voice to
our opinions by building a common’ “Agora” where our debates and decisions
as a group will take place. We will analyze citizen participation and the ways to
put it into practice. Moreover, with the repopulation of a local terrain (the
protected dunes by the beach) we will be protagonists in a real citizen action.
THE AGORA DUNES’REPOPULATION
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
ENERGY DO IT YOURSELF
Bases on open knowledge methodologies and collective creation, we will go
depth into circular economy system, waste management and real design
prototypes (solar shower, solar cooking or biodigesters) that will be susceptible
to use in all countries.
The profile of the participants should be of an active citizen, involved in their
local community and that will become the multiplier that will bring what they
have learned during the experience to their local environment.
In addition each group will have a youth leader who will function as a link
between the participants and organizers, and who will also have the opportunity
to facilitate some sessions during the youth exchange.
