Updated Participant Enrollment Screen
• General layout changes
– Basic information and enrollment information now separate sections
– Ethnicity tracked separately from race
• Additional fields
– Expected High School Graduation Date
– Expected Cohort Completion Date
– Industry/Occupational Focus that Results in a Credential
• Updating enrollment data
– Limited fields available after thirty days• Incomplete records (30 days after creation)• Complete records (30 days after completion)

Program Status
• Program Status contains three fields:– Schools
• School at Time of Enrollment• Attending School - Only available 30 days after record creation• Tracking School – Syncs with Enrollment School for the first 30 days
– Participation Status• Program Participation Dates• Date of Most Recent Service - Auto-populates• Exit Reason & Exit Date
– Select reason from dropdown menu and enter appropriate exit date.– Once you select an exit reason and exit date, you will not be
permitted to change this information after clicking “Save.” – Please contact [email protected] if you need to update this field
– Number of High School Days Missed

Case Notes
• A Case Notes field has been created to ease the sharing of qualitative information
– To read an old note locate it in Notes History and select Read Full Note• Remember to add a note you must press ‘Add Note’ when ready to save• Notes cannot be edited or deleted.

Group Services/Courses
• Select Group Services/Course link from menu when creating a service for more than one participant or adding an industry-specific YCC course
• Make sure to include descriptive service and course names
• Iterative search process allows participants to be added by multiple criteria
• Group services and courses will appear on each participant’s program service history or course history tab

Participant Level Services
• Used to track services for a single participant
• Services tab contains four different sub-tabs:
– Program Services• Program Service history shows both individual and group level services
– Individual Development Plan & FAFSA– Internships
• Date Completed and Scored as Work Ready fields must be completed following internship completion
• Internship history listed at bottom of screen– Industry-Specific YCC Courses
• Used to track individual enrollees Industry-Specific YCC course history

Short Term Outcomes
• Short Term Outcomes tab contains four different sub-tabs:
– Post Secondary Credit• Post-secondary credit history listed at bottom of the screen
– Recognized Credentials
• High School Diploma Attainment Date• Recognized Credentials• Credential history listed at bottom of the screen
– Unsubsidized Employment
• If you are unsure of the occupational code please click the link above the field
• Unsubsidized employment history listed at bottom of the screen– Participant Satisfaction
• Select Yes or No for each year
