    Teen Programs

    Teen Circuit TrainingLearn the proper methods of strength buildingthrough the use of resistance machines or weighttraining exercises taught by Patrick in the WeightRoom. This class will give you a full body work-out, and keep your metabolism revved up.

    Youth Programs All Youth Programs follow the outlined 6-Week Sessions, unless otherwise specified. Session

    Volleyball - Ages 6 & upSpike your interest as you learn to dig. Learn thebasic skills, and improve your game. Class will focuson the basics of volleyball with drills and practice

    Fall Youth Basketball League4th Grade & Up

    Sundays: September 25 - November 13

    The league focuses on the beginning stages of basketball: skill building, con dence and a joy for

    the game of basketball. It teaches kids fundamen-tals, sportsmanship and an understanding of thegame. The league will make it fun for children toplay on a team at a competitive level.

    1 hour Games are played every Sunday1 hour Practices are once a week Tues, Thurs,

    and Friday (starting Sept. 20th)Included with fee:1 Free Skills Clinic Session with Coach Earl1 Team T-shirt

    Registration is required for all childrens classes and programs.

    Our classes must meet minimum and maximumenrollment standards. Classes may ll quickly or classesmay be canceled due to low enrollment. If you haveregistered for a class that must be canceled, you will becontacted and entitled to a prorated or full credit.

    Indoor Soccer - Ages 5 - 13 yrsWant to sharpen your skills, get some good exer-cise, and have fun in a low-key environment?Activities will center on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and team-work. Class time will be divided between drills forskills and scrimmaging.

    Youth Ballet/Tap Combo - Ages 7 & upFor students with prior ballet experience. Childrenbene t from a dance curriculum with the discoveryof music, rhythm, and movement. Children canwork on their balance, coordination, and

    self-con dence while they explore music andfantasy with Dancing.

    Yoga for Kids This class is for kids ages 7 to 12 yeas of age.

    During the class students will use arts and crafts,music, literature & journal writing to help developthe re ective themes of kindness, compassion,friendship, positive self-image, healthy nutrition,gratitude, and con ict resolution, all with yoga asits foundation. This is a great introduction to yoga,and it's meaningful as well as fun.

    Halloween CarnivalCome and get into the Halloween spirit! Join us

    for old-fashioned carnival booths & games aswell as a costume parade. Recommended for1mo - 10 year olds. Parents to accompanychild(ren). Dont forget to wear your costume!

    Admissions: One bag of individually wrapped candy or prizes per child.
