the shared content directly from the cloud. With

Workstreams integration with Outlook eliminates

bounce-backs due to oversized le attachments as

well as ofoading attachments from your Exchange

server, which prevents network slow downs while

increasing capacity.

Active DirectoryWorkstream integrates seamlessly with Microsoft

Active Directory so administrators can easily provision

users, manage secure passwords and apply policies. With the Workstream Directory

Services Connector (DSC), you can quickly provision individuals or groups, enable

single sign-on, and enhance security with integrated password management.

DSC enables you to get your enterprise up and running with Workstream in a

matter of minutes to achieve increased productivity and peace of mind.

SharePoint

Workstream solves the often difcult process of making content inSharePoint available to external customers, partners and vendors by

enabling ad hoc extranet le sharing. Our SharePoint plug-in allows users

to easily send les to collaborators, both inside and outside the company

rewall, and to track those les throughout the collaboration process.

When the Workstream plug-in for SharePoint is deployed, a business user

can share a le from the SharePoint Document Library with internal and

external recipients, regardless of their domain. This, in turn, makes users

more efcient and effective and keeps business moving, while maintaining

stringent security controls. Detailed reports and dashboards provide the

visibility you need so you know exactly what, when and with whom content

is shared.

Internet Explorer

Our integration with Microsoft allows Internet Explorer users to access

content, send les, share folders and sign documents when theyre in

their browser. It also allows them to share content while setting access

permissions.

Microsoft Ofce 2003, 2007 and 2010and Ofce 365

Workstream addresses Microsoft Ofce 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft

Ofce 365 in the same manner. Its simply a matter of creating a Workstream

account for a user and authenticating that user. Once thats done, its simply

a matter of whether youre provisioning the user on-premise or in the cloud.

Windows Operating System

Integration with your Windows operating system is as easy as downloading

our Workstream Desktop for Windows. Workstream integrates with

Windows XP (SP3), Vista (all editions) and Windows 7 (both 32- and 64-bit),

allowing you to send les, share folders and sync content from your PC with

drag and drop simplicity.

SharePoint, our users are working,

know they need to send these three

documents to a client. They just

right click and send it through

be uploaded later. We can use it

with the Sync folders. Theres a
