Your Weight MattersWhy is a Healthy Weight important?

As parents we want our children to be happy and healthy. Encouraging our children to be active will:

Improve their healthHelp them feel good about themselves and increase their opportunities to mix with others and make friends and be less likely to be teased and bulliedHelp them develop strong muscles and bones and help prevent diabetes and other diseases in later lifeHelp them sleep betterReduce their body fatGive them happy memories of growing up and enjoying being part of a loving family

Active kids are happy kids! Have fun being active and relive those

childhood memories.
