Peppers Beach Club is the perfect setting to exchange your wedding vows. With our stunning poolside terrace and abeautiful sandy beach to choose from, your ceremony will be a memorable event for both of you and your guests.

Enjoy your wedding celebrations as they continue on our sundeck, poolside terrace or at our on-site restaurant,Sublime Bar & Grill.

Our poolside terrace can cater for up to 30 guests for a standing cocktail style reception and guests seated for adelicious meal.

The open, pavilion style of Sublime Bar & Grill enhances the view over the lagoon pool and sandy beach and offers astunning venue for your reception. Here we can cater for up to 65 guests for a standing cocktail style celebration and40 guests for a seated dinner.

Our lagoon view deck overlooks the lagoon pool in true tropical style. This charming spot is perfect for intimatedinners for our elopement couples.

You can select from the ceremony and/or reception packages described on the following pages or for a more flexible option, you can choose our a' la carte option. The a' la carte option will allow you to select a basic venue hire then design your ideal wedding with the inclusions of your choice.

Spa SuiteOur luxurious Spa Suites come with a king size bed configuration or twin single. They feature a spa on the balcony and most feature stunning lagoon views. The room is spacious and perfect for that quick getaway. All rooms contain safety deposit boxes and mini bar fridges with tea and coffee making facilities.

Deluxe Spa SuiteOur Deluxe Spa Suites feature a king size bed or twinsingle bed configuration and a balcony with a twoperson spa bath. All of these rooms are on the groundfloor and feature direct access onto the white, sandybeach of our stunning lagoon pool.

One Bedroom SuiteOur modern self-contained One Bedroom Suites have fabulous facilities for the self-sufficient guest. Spacious for a couple or small family these suites are equipped with a comfortable king size bed or twin single bed configuration, laundry facilities, kitchen and a lounge area. Most feature stunning lagoon views from the balcony with their own private BBQ. These suites are located on level 2 or 3 of the resort.

One Bedroom Deluxe SuitesOne Bedroom Deluxe Suites are ground floor suites thatboast a king size bed or twin single bed configurationand have direct access onto the white, sandy beach ofour stunning lagoon pool. All contain a barbeque on theterrace, laundry facilities, separate lounge area andkitchen.

Two Bedroom SuiteOur spacious two bedroom suites have interconnecting rooms which feature 2 king size beds or 1 king and 2 single beds. They have one interconnecting bathroom. The suite is fully self-contained with kitchen and laundry facilities. They have a generous size balcony with a BBQ and outdoor setting which overlook the park.

Two Bedroom Suite Dual KeyThese stunning Two Bedroom Suites are interconnecting rooms, dual keyed into a One Bedroom Suite and a Spa Suite. They feature 2 king size beds or 1 king and 2 single beds.

Terms and Conditions1. GENERAL RATE INFORMATIONAll rates are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to availability.

2. PARKINGParking is available for resort guests only.

3. DEPOSIT/PAYMENTi. Initial non refundable $500 deposit is required to secure a wedding date.

ii. 14 DAYS PRIOR TO WEDDING RECEPTIONThe outstanding balance of your reception must be paid in full. Final numbers must be confirmed and this is theminimum number that you will be charged for.

4. CANCELLATION OF WEDDING RECEPTIONIf your confirmed booking is cancelled or reduced from the agreed numbers, the following conditions apply and allcancellations must be in writing:

i. 120 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING RECEPTIONThe event may be cancelled without further penalty.

ii. 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING RECEPTIONCancellation of event, a fee of 50% of the total projected revenue will be payable.

iii. 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING RECEPTIONCancellation of event, a fee of 70% of the total projected revenue will be payable. Any costs relating to a third party as agreed by the organiser, which are not refundable to Peppers Beach Club will be charged.

iv. WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE WEDDING RECEPTIONCancellation of event, a fee of 100% of the total projected revenue will be payable. Any costs relating to a third party as agreed by the organiser, which are not refundable to Peppers Beach Club will be charged.

Terms and Conditions5. POSTPONEMENT OF THE WEDDING RECEPTIONShould the event be postponed a cancellation fee will be determined based on the number of guests, time of noticebetween cancelling and arrival date.

6. WEDDING GUEST REDUCTIONIn the instance that guest numbers reduce, Peppers Beach Club reserves the right at this time to vary the wedding reception space accordingly and amend agreed room hire charges to reflect this change.

7. WEDDING RECEPTION AGREEMENTThe following clauses are included to ensure the successful planning and running of your Event. Under nocircumstances does the hotel allow any wedding to bring their own food or beverage onto hotel premises withoutprior permission from Peppers Beach Club.

8. WEDDING RECEPTION AMENDMENTSPeppers Beach Club’s Conference and Events Department must receive all amendments, including cancellation anddelegate reduction in writing. Peppers Beach Club will not be held responsible for delivery of services not received inwriting.

9. SURCHARGESThe following surcharges will apply:Public Holidays – additional 15% of event value.

10. ACCOMMODATIONA $200 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Final payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to arrival at this time your credit card will be charged for the total outstanding amount. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, or bookings for 1 night only, full payment is required at time of booking.

Check-in: From 2pm Check-out: Prior to 10am

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of $200.

Cancellations made between 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival incur a fee of 100% of the total accommodation.

11. ENTERTAINMENTAll entertainment is subject to Peppers Beach Club's specifications. Functions in the Sublime Bar & Grill and poolsideterrace are not permitted any amplified music, only acoustic which must cease at 10pm. All audible entertainmentmust conclude at 10pm within the resort. The supervisor on duty reserves the right to cease the entertainment at anytime should it not comply with Peppers Beach Club's conditions. Peppers Beach Club reserves the right to cut off anyentertainment or noise emanating from our premises. All acoustic music and noise levels cannot exceed the requiredlevel. All entertainment at Peppers Beach Club requires a signed noise contract agreement prior to the entertainer’sarrival. If any fines are incurred due to noise of entertainment, these fines will be charged to the master account.

12. CHANGE OF EVENT SPACEPeppers Beach Club reserves the right to change event space from that listed in this contract and advise the organiserat the earliest possible occasion of the change.

13. AMENDMENTSAmendments to this agreement shall only be valid if made in writing and signed by Peppers Beach Club's representative. The waiver of any terms and conditions for one particular occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of such terms and conditions for any future consideration.

14.SECURITYPeppers Beach Club will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on thepremises prior to, during or after your event.

Terms and Conditions15. COMPLIANCEThe organiser will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of guests and Peppers Beach Club reserves the right to remove those persons who in its opinion are conducting themselves in a manner which is causing a disturbance or nuisance. Peppers Beach Club's liquor license does not permit any guests to consume their own alcohol in any function room or public area of the resort. Any guests found doing so will have their alcohol confiscated which will be disposed of. Peppers Beach Club adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and follow a responsible alcohol management plan. Service of alcohol may be refused to patrons who are unduly intoxicated or disorderly. This is Queensland law.

16. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODSPeppers Beach Club will only accept delivery of goods two (2) working days prior to the event, and all goods must becollected within two (2) working days following the conclusion of the event. Peppers Beach Club accepts noresponsibility for any items delivered or left for collection. Delivery address: Peppers Beach Club, 20-22 DavidsonStreet, Port Douglas, QLD, 4877, Australia. All requests outside these times must be pre-arranged with the EventsManager 48 hours prior

17. DISPLAYS, SIGNAGE AND DAMAGEThe bride and groom are financially liable for any damage sustained to Peppers Beach Club whether through their own action or through the action of their appointed sub-contractors or guests. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or fixed to any wall, door or surface, which forms part of the structure. Peppers Beach Club does not allowconfetti, glitter or rice anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the bride and groom if these items are used on the property.
