Barnham Broom has been welcoming guests since 1977 and is famous for its 300 acres of stunning Norfolk countryside. The venue offers a wide selection

THE TEAM

From our award-winning chefs to our first-class banqueting team, we make every occasion special and will be on-hand throughout to create your perfect

wedding day. Our on-site Wedding Coordinator will be there to guide you every step of the way, offering advice and providing all the practical information

you need.

We believe that every wedding is as unique as you are. So, we make sure that each celebration is treated individually. We will tailor make your big day and

be at your side to ensure everything is exactly as you want it. At Barnham Broom, nothing is too much trouble.

STAY WITH US

THE HILL AND VALLEY SUITES

Our en-suite bedrooms and spacious suites offer peace and tranquillity with stunning views of the surrounding Norfolk countryside. Each room is decorated

to the highest standard and offers complete comfort.

Your guests will have full use of The Edge Health & Fitness Club during their stay, including the swimming pool, steam room and sauna and can enjoy

a delicious breakfast served in the stylish Brasserie.

Spend your wedding night in the sumptuous setting of the Hill or Valley Suite.

Both of these special suites offer a luxurious stay in a beautifully spacious room with a Super King sized bed and separate lounge area. Fabulous finishing

touches including robe and slippers, complimentary The White Company toiletries and a wonderful breakfast are at your complete disposal.

Barnham Broom’s indulgent Spa offers an extensive range of treatments, which are perfect for pampering your party, leaving you feeling revived and relaxed.

Treatments include personalised facials, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, body wraps and scrubs, Oriental head massage and Thai foot massage,

which all incorporate luxurious ESPA products.

Enjoy deluxe manicures and pedicures from Jessica Nails and our ‘Big Event Look’ make-up trials and applications will ensure that you look and feel

your very best on your special day.

To unwind before the big day, why not head to one of our two unique 18-hole golf courses for a round of golf, followed by lunch in the Sports Bar?

Meanwhile, the peaceful swimming pool overlooks breath-taking views of the golf courses and the scenic Norfolk countryside beyond and there is also

a relaxation pool, sauna, steam room and state-of-the-art gym to enjoy.

A CEREMONY DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU

Barnham Broom is a fully licenced venue for weddings and civil

ceremonies.

Our beautiful event spaces are ideal for ceremonies, meaning that you

can enjoy your entire day at the same venue with less travelling and

more time to spend with your loved ones.

You can choose to have your ceremony in a suite overlooking the golf

courses, or step outside for an al fresco celebration.

From providing details of trusted suppliers to offering music and

decorative recommendations, it’s our pleasure to ensure you have all

the help you need to make your day run smoothly, allowing you to focus

on the important things.

Specific room hire is subject to availability. All ceremonies include a separate

room to meet with the registrar prior to the service.

Named after idyllic local villages, our event rooms provide fantastic spaces for celebrations of all sizes, allowing you to choose the room which best suits

your needs.

BARFORD SUITE

A hugely versatile events space, the Barford Suite looks out over the rolling hills of Barnham Broom’s immaculate golf courses. The space is perfectly lit by

floor-length windows and includes outside terraces, lawn space and a private bar.

KIMBERLEY SUITE

Located above the Barford Suite on the first floor, the Kimberley has its own private bar and facilities and boasts a full-length balcony overlooking stunning

Norfolk countryside.

Ceremony 120 max. Wedding Breakfast 80 max. Evening Reception 150 max.

COLTON SUITE

With floor-to-ceiling windows, this beautiful space is perfect for more intimate celebrations and receptions and includes the use of the Valley Bar.

MARQUEE

For larger occasions we offer the lawn space adjacent to the Barford Suite to erect a marquee which you can hire through us or provide yourself. The

Barford lawn can also be used for duo ceremonies. During the festive season, we erect a 27 m x 12 m marquee, which can be hired for wedding

celebrations at a reduced rate subject to availability during our Christmas events.

EVENT ROOMS & CAPACITIES

EAT, DRINK & CELEBRATE

At Barnham Broom, our award-winning chefs are passionate about every detail, using the finest locally-sourced ingredients.

We can provide a wide range of catering styles for your celebration. From traditional menus and delicious buffets to mouth-watering barbeques and themed

afternoon teas, we will make sure you find the perfect fit for your wedding day.

Once you have chosen your dining preference, you will be invited to a complimentary menu tasting for two, meaning you can be confident that the

presentation and flavours will meet your expectations on the day itself. During this process we can also ensure that any dietary requirements will be catered

for to the highest standard.

For evening receptions, we cater for your complete guest list and you can choose from a variety of options including buffets, hog roasts, pizza vans and

cheese tables.

For that sweet tooth we are also able to arrange ice cream vans, popcorn carts, chocolate fountains, crêpes and more!

We have a fully-stocked bar and whether it’s cocktails on arrival, the very best G&Ts, free-flowing Champagne, fine wines, bottled beer or refreshing

mocktails, we’ve got you covered.

Excellent food is complemented by exemplary service from our professional and friendly team, creating the perfect ambiance for your day.

THOSE EXTRA SPECIAL TOUCHES

Our Wedding Coordinator can assist you in planning your special day;

offering advice on menus, drinks, timings, seating, décor and colour

schemes. We will bring everything together for a seamless celebration.

All our inclusive package options include pristine table linen, cake

presentation tables, cake knife, exquisite crockery, glassware and cutlery

and, should you choose, a Toastmaster to conduct proceedings.

If you require any additional services which are not included, we can

provide a list of recommended suppliers.

All weddings require a good deal of planning and, at Barnham Broom, we’re here to help. So, let us guide you with this handy checklist for when

you should organise the different elements of your day.

12-18 MONTHS TO GO

• Choose if you want a civil or religious ceremony. Can you hold the ceremony at Barnham Broom? If so, there’s no need to book an

alternative venue!

• Confirm and book the date of your celebration.

• Do things your way - are you looking for a formal, semi-formal or informal celebration?

• Allocate a budget - a vital part of wedding planning. It may change as you go along, but a guide to how much you want to spend is essential.

• Book those special suppliers - florists, photographers, videographers, wedding dressers and luxury cars are in high demand so make sure you

don’t miss out!

• Start planning your guestlist. Check capacities and draw up a list for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception.

SIX MONTHS TO GO

• Finalise your outfits and those of the wedding party. Though remember, some final alterations may be needed closer to the time!

• Decide on your honeymoon destination - are you sipping cocktails by the pool, exploring a new city or getting your adrenaline fix?

• Book your hairdresser

• Send out invitations - give people as much notice as possible especially if they have to travel and would like to stay the night.

ONE MONTH TO GO

• Confirm any last-minute details and settle your account.

• Prepare your speeches and vows, adding plenty of personal touches.

• Set out your table plan - once it’s ready, stick to it. It’ll make things

so much easier later on!

ONE WEEK TO GO

• Check that everyone helping with the day - bridesmaids, ushers and

the best man - all have a plan of the day’s timings as well as contact

details of all services and suppliers.

• It’s time for the wedding rehearsal - the big day is almost here!

• Give the rings to your best man.

• Arrange for any outfits to be collected.

YOUR WEDDING DAY
