CFR Global Executive Search was founded in the 90s by 4 independent Search Companies from France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK. The aim was to offer their Clients pan-European recruitment. Since then, the number of companies joining the CFR network has consistently increased, both in Europe and in other geographies: at present CFR Global Executive Search is present Worldwide and covers all the relevant markets.

At present, CFR is managed by an Executive Board Committee, with strategic and coordinating tasks.
