Flooring: Upper ground floor main entrance lobby - Combination of granites. Living and dining - Imported marble. Bedrooms, attached balconies, kitchen and utility - Vitrified tiles. Toilets - Matt ceramic designer tiles.
Walls: All Interior wall faces and ceilings - Plastered, smoothly finished and painted with acrylic emulsion paint. Kitchen - The dado over kitchen counter is of vitrified tiles to 60 cm ht. Toilets - Designer tiles up to false ceiling. Exterior fascia of building - These are plastered and painted with acrylic based paint and textured surfaces in selective places, as per design to give an elegant look.
Doors: Main door - Engineered door with sufficient thickness to house all the hardware including good quality hinges, lock and security eye.
