Wedding Reception
The Garden Rooms are beautifully designed to provide the space, grace and splendour your wedding day deserves. Our versatile and flexible rooms can be set to accommodate intimate smaller parties or can be brought together seamlessly
as one amazing space for up to 650 guests.
The GARDeN ROOm (up to 320 guests)The largest of our individual spaces has breath-taking high ceilings and French chateaux inspired crystal chandeliers,
a mix of traditional décor and state of the art sound and lighting facilities. Your guests will be in awe at the size and scale of The Garden Room. Its purpose built stage makes it perfect for live music and DJ’s to entertain your wedding party.
The VeRsAILLes ROOm (up to 90 guests)The Versailles Room continues the French theme with crystal chandeliers reflecting into striking gold mirrors.
The high ceilings and sense of space continues throughout all of the rooms giving stunning sense of scale.
The FOuNTAIN ROOm (up to 80 guests)Adjacent to the Versailles Room and Garden Room, The Fountain Room’s heritage colours and high ceilings
are the perfect canvas upon which to create your own unique and intimate atmosphere.
The CLOIsTeRs (up to 100 guests)The Cloisters draws on the designs used to build monastic houses which can be traced back to Roman times and are still found today in the hill top villages in Tuscany and amongst the rolling French countryside. The result is an atmospheric and secluded space that
captures the essence of the mediterranean; with warm rustic stone arches and open beams surrounding a warm sunny courtyard. In summer, beautiful plants and outdoor fountains complete the scene whilst in chillier months,
fire pits and fairy lighting create an intimate feel your guests will love.
PRIVATe DINING (up to 40 guests)For smaller parties, our completely self-contained Private Dining is an away-from-it space.
Warm colours and contemporary furnishings are complemented by traditional pieces to create a relaxing atmosphere.
The second floor outdoor terrace is a great place for al fresco drinks and taking in the Yorkshire scenery.
Wedding Day DiningOur executive Chef and his team are amongst the top regional chefs,
with knowledge and passion creating freshly prepared seasonal and locally-inspired dishes
for you and your guests to enjoy.
We work closely with brides to make sure every detail is just right from complimentary food tastings
through to the cutting of the cake. A selection of menu ideas has been developed, and our team would love
to inspire you with something different and special.
Alternatively you can meet with the executive Chef to create a menu
that is unique to your wedding day.

Menu TastingCan’t decide on which menu to choose? Once you have booked your wedding date with us, you will be able to meet with our executive Chef to talk through menu options, as well as taste each dish from your chosen wedding menu.
Relaxing AreasOur Chesterfield sofas and coffee tables are perfect for creating relaxing areas for your guests. Add a round mirror and tea lights for that extra bit of intimacy and sparkle.
Table DecorationsCandelabra, Tea Lights, Round mirrors and Table name stands are all available for you to decorate your tables.
Tables and ChairsWe have standard 6ft and 5’6ft round tables, as well as rectangular tables, giving you the flexibility to create a variety of seating layouts. Our Limewash Chiavari chairs provide a comfortable yet elegant seat for your guests. We also have high chairs for younger guests.
TablewareWe have clear glassware, standard white plates and silverware, all polished and setup to your wedding catering requirements.
Layout We are able to produce both 2D and 3D layout plans to suit all your design requirements. From dancefloor and relaxing areas, to your top table and catering setups.
SpeechPA systems are available with wireless or wired microphones.
Dance FloorOur wooden parquet dance floor provides a solid base for your guests to dance the night away. Available in any size to suit you guest numbers, from 30-450.
EaselsWe have easels that can be used to display your table plan. They can be adjusted to accommodate table plans of various sizes.
