ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

After discussing your needs and requirements we will provide you with a comprehensive project

quotation. Once the quotation and terms and conditions have been signed, our artwork department will

begin the first design draft.

We will email or fax you our initial design drafts for your approval. It is your responsibility to check the

artwork for any errors and/or changes required at this stage. Once you are happy we ask for written

artwork approval via email or fax.

Once we have received artwork approval, the project will progress to our production department. We

will now give you an accurate date of completion. Please note: materials are not ordered until artwork

approval has been confirmed, so it important to speed up this process for tight deadlines.

We will notify you when your project is complete and ready for collection. Alternatively if your project

requires installation, we will contact you to organise a suitable time.
