Description: The blanching and steaming unit is designed for pre-treatment of fish for canning. Blanching: Cooking in a liquid bath consisting of water, salt and vinegar at a temperature of ab. 85 °C Steaming: Cooking with saturated steam at a temperature of ab. 80 °C.
