What is remarkable about our transformation from small beginnings, into today’s company covering 70,000sqm, employing over 500 staff, and when an international client base, is how we remain firmly bound by the tradition of service, which has been at the core of our operations in nearly 40 years.
The three divisions of ADOS and the wholly owned subsidiaries, ADOS-Klinger Gasket Factory and MEOS Dubai, provide between them the capability for which ADOS is renowned and have allowed us to handle a wide array of assignments for both local and overseas customers.
The ADOS Engineering Industries Division has a modern Machining and Fabrication facility in Mussafah and Jebel Ali, serving the Gulf and beyond, enabling us to offer machining, fabrication and repair services.
The Agency Division, based at our Abu Dhabi head office and through MEOS in the heart of Dubai’s business district, represents in the UAE more than 40-major international companies providing Drilling equipment & Services, Instrumentation, Rotating Equipment and Marine related Equipment & Services. A highly skilled team of qualified Sales Engineers supported by purchase and supply personnel, ensure that our customers benefit from the optimum sales and after-sales service. The ADOS Forecourt Division is the largest supplier of Forecourt Equipment and Services in the area. We also support the boating community with a range of Marina equipment.
Our ADOS-Klinger Gasket Factory located in Abu Dhabi’s industrial area, is technically associated with Klinger UK, a world-wide name in Gasket material and manufacturing. Our Abu Dhabi facility produces both standard and bespoke sealing solutions.

pSituated on 36,000 sq. metres of land, and with a covered area of 3000sqm, the ADOS Machine Shop is one of the largest in the region.
Lathes up to 16” Manual and 21” CNC hollow spindle, allow for a large range of turning capabilities such as casing and tubing. Horizontal and vertical borers with a capacity of 12 tons and 6 tons respectively can easily handle the majority of large components, including Heat Exchanger Tube Sheets, Blow-Out Preventers and Valve Bodies.
Both ADOS and MEOS workshops operate on a continuous twenty-four hour basis as required with rigorous adherence to manufacturing, welding codes and inspection procedures. The facilities are accredited to ISO 9001, API Specs-5CT & 7.

Pressure Control
Our Pressure Control department within our workshop facility accommodates Wellheads, Xmas trees, Blow Out Preventers, Pipeline Valves, Process Plant Valves and associated components. It also has the advantage of machining and heat treatment facilities for in-house repairs.
The facility is capable of API PSL 3 & 4 gas testing, under water up to 15000psi. In addition, Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 25,000psi is well within our capablilities and all accredited to API 6A and 16A.
Onsite services such as installation and retrieval of tubing hanger plugs, nitrogen testing and wellhead / choke manifold refurbishment and recertification are only a few of the site services that we offer.
The recent addition of the ASME approved Pressure Safety Relief Valve test unit, allows ADOS to assemble, test, and certify Safety Relief Valves to ASME UV. Common sizes of PRVs are held in stock.

We offer a comprehensive fabrication service to the engineering industry through our ASME ‘U’, ‘R’ and ‘PP’ coded facility.
The fabrication service is fully supported by a QA/QC management and mechanical design team, testament to our policy of the highest quality standards in manufacturing and maintenance.
With a blue chip portfolio of clients throughout the Middle East and beyond, we manufacture Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Pig Launchers / Receivers and Process Skid Packages.

Gasket Factory
Established in 2000 to provide locally manufactured gaskets, the ADOS -Klinger Gasket Manufacturing Facility uses the highest quality materials to reduce the need for costly imports from other locations.
The factory is equipped with the very latest computer controlled equipment, specially designed to offer customers gaskets manufactured to the highest international standards. As evidence of our commitment to quality, the factory is accredited to ISO 9001 – 2000 quality standard and API 6A.
The factory holds an extensive inventory of gaskets for off the shelf delivery.

Inflow Control DeviceIn a horizontal well, reservoir permeability heterogeneity causes irregular drainage of the reservoir. The produced (or injected) fluid would pass directly through the screen with very little pressure drop over the screen resulting in production from the reservoir sections with the highest permeability.
In homogeneous reservoirs, friction from the flow along the horizontal section results in a higher pressure at the toe compared to the heel, leading to the highest production at the heel (coning). This uneven production can lead to early water or gas break through resulting in lost recovery and revenues.
