BOXI PARK is a dynamic outdoor venue featuring
distinguished dining, live entertainment, and exciting activities.
Located in the heart of the Lake Nona Town Center, Boxi Park is
constructed entirely out of repurposed shipping containers, creating
an enticing architectural ambiance like no other in Central Florida.
Featuring a variety of chef-driven food concepts, inviting bars,
professional sand volleyball courts, a playground for kids, a fenced-
in dog park and a pavilion with a high-tech performance stage,
Boxi Park encompasses 30,000 square feet of mixed-use space for
groups of up to 1,000 guests. Add the adjacent Lake Nona Town
Center for events up to 2,500 guests.

THE ENTERTAINMENT The Boxi Park stage is home to high-energy entertainment—from live
music of all genres to DJs spinning the hits of yesterday and today.
Featuring a state-of-the-art, 30-foot-wide video screen, the stage is
equipped to dazzle guests with vibrant lights and sound. And don’t
miss the hands-on versions of some of your favorite outdoor party
games: Giant Jenga, Giant Pong, Corn Hole and more.
AUDIO-VISUAL PROGRAMING PRESENTATIONS Custom programing is available
with Boxi Park Pavilion audio-
visual equipment, including live or
recorded music, video programing,

BOUNCE AROUND BOXI Treat your group to the Boxi experience. Guests can enjoy all that Boxi Park
has to offer—on their own schedule. Bounce Around Boxi is a comprehensive
and immersive planned-group activity minus the hassle of lining everything
up yourself. You pick the gift card denomination, and we’ll bag it up with
your choice of Boxi swag and a personalized note from you. We’ll meet
your group at the entrance on your designated day and hand out your
goodie bags. Bounce Around Boxi allows your guests to roam the park and
experience everything Boxi has to offer on their own schedule. You simply
show up and accept the kudos for an event well planned. Bounce Around
Boxi is perfect for groups of 10 to 1, 000. Enjoy the benefits of a planned
activity without the event-planning headaches!
EARLY ADMISSION FOR GROUPS Book through our group sales department and get early entry to Boxi Park!
Arrive 30 minutes before the park opens, stake out your spot and enjoy. This
option is perfect for groups of 10 – 125 for a more customized experience
without the cost of a full private event. Give your guests a gift card with
the denomination of your choice (with or without a Boxi swag bag), or
pre-purchase flavorful food boxes. A food and beverage minimum applies.
Seating is not reserved and based upon availability.

CONSUMPTION BARConsumption bar service allows your guests to order beverages of their choice. Each beverage ordered will be added to the host’s bill and charged at the end of the event.
HOSTED BARHosted bar service is a per person priced bar package with limited types of beverages offered. The per person price will be determined based on the package and time selected. (Shot service is not included in any bar packages)
CASH BARCash bar service requires that each of your guests pay for their own beverages when ordered.

INFORMATION FOR PLANNERS
BOOKING PROCESS – At Boxi Park, you will find us to be responsive, flexible, fun to work with and vested in the success of your event. We will partner with you in every aspect to deliver a superior group experience that will have you cruising through the planning process and enjoying kudos for an event well done.
LOCATION – Boxi Park is located 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approximately 25 minutes from the I-Drive resort area, Disney area hotels and the Universal Studios Resort Area.
ENTERTAINMENT – Our entertainment manager would be happy to assist you with booking any type of entertainment for your private event. Or, if you already have entertainment lined up, we are happy to work with you on logistics for using our existing stage and A/V equipment. For non-private events, take advantage of our pre-booked entertainment.
LIGHTING AND SOUND – Stage, jumbotron and house A/V system come standard with any exclusive event. Our A/V tech must be onsite for all events – ($500 A/V fee applies which includes our tech to be onsite for all events.).can be added as requested
BRANDED OPPORTUNITIES – There are many opportunities to extend your company or event branding into Boxi Park and Town Center. Utilize our 30 foot jumbotron to display your company’s message as well as other opportunities throughout the park. We are happy to help with branded or cobranded merchandise, gift cards, signage, photo op settings and more.
SEATING – There is mixed seating for 400 guests in the park. When booking an exclusive event seating can be customized throughout the Park. Additional lounge furniture, banquet seating, and high top tables can be added to any additional area.
VOLLEYBALL COURTS – Available for use, or poles and nets can be removed to make a luau or beach themed area.
FOOD BOXES – Offerings can change seasonally. Vegetarian and Vegan options are available throughout the park.
ADDITIONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE – For groups of 500 or more, we suggest additional food and beverage stations to ensure short lines and easy access for your guests. These can be themed to your event type, cuisine preferences or flair for the creative and unusual. And may we suggest a welcome cocktail to greet your guests as they enter the park?
PARKING AND GUEST DROP OFF – Easy guest drop off located directly in front of Boxi Park along with nearby complimentary car garages and bus parking.
