NewnationalcontractconsolidatesHardFacilitiesManage-mentServiceswithoneprovider-IntegralUKNationalGridPropertyisawhollyownedsubsidiaryofNa-tionalGridthatspecialisesindealingwiththecompany’sUKpropertyportfolio-some645sitesacrosstheUK,whichcon-tainsaround1,680properties,includingformergasworks.Thepropertiesareextremelydiverseandrangefromshopsandofficesthroughtodepotsandresidentialproperties.NationalGridProperty’sgoalistoaddvaluetotheportfolio,minimi-seriskandcontributetoBrownfieldregeneration.
