Roller conveyors

For load longitudinal transport, there are applied driven roller conveyors, zero pressure contact, gravity, and free conveyors, according to the application.Built in steel and /or aluminium material, that gives flexibility and load adaptability, as well as use resistance. The integrated material, as rollers, chains or motors, are high-quality suppliers branches.

Chain conveyors

For load transversal transport, chain conveyors permit both transport and accumulation at the same time. The chain used is 5/8" pitch, braking load charge 4.540 Kg.

Roller and chain transfers

Transfers systems are used both input and output lines, parallel lines communication, by means of elevation and translation movements, having the advantage of being the base of the load during transfer. The transfer system is integrated in the conveyor that optimizes the installation flow.

Shuttle cars

Dimension control systems for pallets and pallets stacks

Dimension controls are essentials when automatic warehouses and automatic pallet magazines, controlling the load and blocks wooden pallet status.

The control is made by means of photocells or photocells barriers that transmit to the management systems the data collected. If the real data mach the tolerances admitted, the load follows the circuit, if not, it goes to the rejected line.

Mono-column and bi-column elevators

Management Software

Tecnowey develops the inteface software between the stacker cranes control system and

the TecnoWMS.

TecnoWMS (Warehouse Management System), which is dedicated to warehouses and

distribution centers, is in charge of communicate with the superior system, sending

and receiving order and item data. It controls and manages both input and output flows

inside a warehouse as well as it carries out the necessary product stock for sorter, expeditions

and other stations.

Furthermore, it looks after HOST communication concerning order and items

input-output, warehouse stock and provision of necessary reports and information.

Tecnowey has developed this software at the same time as TecnoMFC, creating connections with lower levels (PLC), and bringing about the

complete control of stacker cranes in automatic warehouses, cross-belt sorting systems,

labelers, wrapping machines, printers and SCADA systems for general installation

supervision, offering a complete pack which means a turnkey solution.

GLOBAL SOLUTION IN THE KICHEN MANUFACTURING PLANT OF SCAVOLINI

The solution carried out performs the order picking of complete kitchens to all its clients worldwide, including the furniture and electrical appliance –that Scavolini manage itself to the final client.This kind of installation requires usually a deep degree of software integration.
