where else. Great streets eats are creative, unique, and of course, tasty,” she says. Many food trucks emphasize local food, using Alberta beef, pork or chicken and other local ingredients, and that

appeals to people as well. Here in Calgary we can look forward to Taste the Trucks 4 from Sept. 5 to 7.
