MORI conclusions

High levels of satisfaction with RBH overall, repairs service and keeping tenants informed.

The priorities for tenants are ensuring warm and secure homes.

Tenants perceive more problems with the neighbourhoods and tackling anti-social behaviour is a key priority for improvement

A significant proportion of tenants who want more involvement

Issues around long-term unemployment and the resulting financial hardship caused are a concern.
