You will proceed to enter your sponsor’s ID and first 3 letters of Sponsor’s Last Name.Select your method of purchasing and click on “Continue” to proceed to next step.

Enter your details according to your NRIC.First name refers to your surname while last name refers to your given name.

Upload a copy of your NRIC (Front & Back).Read on the Personal Data Notice and provide your consent, click “Continue” to proceed to next step.

Read through the agreement and proceed to click on “Continue” upon agreement

You can choose to “Pick Up” your HMP or ship it to your preferred address.Double check on the address and click “Continue” to proceed to next step.

Provide your credit card details and click on “Submit” to proceed to next step.

Once completed, you will be redirected to the following screen. Welcome to Herbalife!

You will be prompted to enter your password that was sent to the registered mobile number with your credit card bank.
