Permanent formwork is the perfect product to save you timeand money when casting suspended concrete floors.
Support the weight of the wet concrete and construction load.
No need for additional re-enforcing steel when used in accordance withthe load tables. Only a Ref 193 mesh is required to prevent cracking.

Design Information
The Q-Lock units are designed to interlock and requires no furtherfastening between panels.
When placed on a steel structure, the panels are secured to thestructure on every beam in every Q-Lock pan, by means of suitableself-drilling screw, Hilti nails or similar.
A 50mm end bearing is required for steel structures.
When placed on brick or concrete structure, the top face is tobe level and free of any debris.
The panels are placed on the brickwork or concrete beams and isnot secured to the structure itself.
A 75mm end bearing is required.
Q-Lock panels can be used in conjunction with additionalreinforcement to increase the moment of resistance.
Design methods for slabs where Q-Lock is used is the sameas for conventional slabs with the Q-Lock panels providing thetensile reinforcement.
The propping distances for Q-Lock vary from 1,8m to 2.5mdepending on the profile and material thickness.For longer propping centers, please contact us.
