SHR EDDED POTATO CHEESE BAK E

Add water, butter & sauce packet, stir. Add potatoes, stir. Bake.

1. Combine 4 liters boiling water, sauce mix and 4 oz unsalted butter in a 2 1/2” deep, full size steamtable pan. Stir all ingredients until dissolved.

2. Add potato shreds. Stir.

3. Bake in a convection oven at 350˚ F for 20-25 min. (conventional oven at 400˚ F for 30-35 min.)
