Yourresponsibilities as a AAA Associates Agent

As a AAA Associates qualified and registered agent, the following are the mandatory require-ments and are strictly expected during the course of the agreement:

All agents are required to be registered with our company through an Agent Agreement.

Agents do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct when advising prospective clients.

AAA Associates will ensure that none of the agents are being negligent, careless or incompetent or being engaged in false, misleading or unethical advertising and sales practices, including prac-tices that could harm the integrity of AAA Associates and/or the Governments offering CBI pro-grams.

As an agent, you need to be familiar with your responsibilities in relation to assisting or advising prospective clients.

If an agent is in breach of the agreement, the agent must cease representation immediately whilst the issue is under investigation, and penalties will be imposed.

Termsandconditions

As a AAA Associates qualified and registered agent, the following are the mandatory require-ments and are strictly expected during the course of the agreement:

Agent agrees to refer the client to AAA Associates against agreed commission before sign up of the client.

Agent will introduce the client to AAA Associates in writing by sending e-mails to below Email IDs agent@aaa-international.com, accounts@aaa-international.com.

Agent has to make sure that prior to referral; client is not in contact with any of the sales person of AAA Associates and will be able to claim commission after receiving confirmation from Audit department.

If the client details already exist in our database, then the Agent cannot claim commission for that client.

Commission will be paid by AAA Associates to agent and service fee will be collected from client directly by AAA Associates.

Agent can claim commission from AAA Associates on pro rata basis of the payment by client. (The percentage of commission will be paid according to the percentage of AAA fees as and when paid by the client).

If any discount is given on contractual value, the commission will be reduced as per the discount percentage given.

The Agent agrees to comply with UAE laws and regulations.
