WATER RATES DELAY All residents should now have received their water rates for the 2nd quarter 2017/2018 following a delay due to the change over to the new automac water meters. Payment for water rates is due 5 January 2018. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused by this delay PARVOVIRUS OUTBREAK The Narrabri Pound has experienced a parvo outbreak and will be closed unl the 22 December for disinfecon. The Ranger will sll be able to aend issues but will be unable to impound animals over this period of me.
