2002 – Property of the former P&M Brick Facility in Coeymans, NY was purchased by a group headed by Carver Laraway of the Carver Companies.
2004 – Started Loading barges with DOT approved Limestone and Granite from Carver Sand and Gravel properties for delivery to NYC.

2005 –145th Street Bridge The 1st bridge built at the Port ofCoeymans and delivered by barge to its permanent location in front ofYankee Stadium.
2007-Construction of Main Dock Began with the intention of moving heavy loads to barge.

The Port of Coeymans is utilized as astaging, loading and fabricating site for theMARIO CUOMO BRIDGE. Steel Beams as well as pre-cast concrete were loaded to barges and delivered to site
