OUR FUNCTION ROOMS.. .By offering a variety of function rooms, we can cater for any sized wedding from 10 to 300!

Ceremony information: Civil Ceremonies can take place within the hotel at a cost of £250.00 Please note that you will need to contact and book the local Registrar should you wish to get married at the hotel, and their fees are independant to our own.

CAMELOT SUITE - £950.00

Our largest and most popular room is dividable for smaller weddings with large evening receptions or can remain open throughout, with a comfortable capacity of up to 300 or 250 with a dancefloor. With views over open countryside, neutral décor, air conditioning and private bar this suite really ticks all the boxes.

LANCELOT SUITE - £750.00

This large rectangular room with long aisle, lends itself perfectly to wedding ceremonies. With a capacity of up to 110 for the ceremony itself, though it can also be used for your wedding breakfast and evening reception.

PERCIVAL SUITE - £500.00

One of our smaller function rooms, the Percival Suite opens out onto our garden area and has a capacity of up to 40 for a wedding breakfast. The room is ideal for smaller more intimate wedding ceremonies, being fully licensed and with a capacity of up to 50 guests.

ACCOMMODATION.. .For all full day package weddings booked with us, we are pleased to offer our Bridal Suite with our compliments.

At Citrus all our rooms are en-suite, spacious with complimentary wi-fi and tea & coffee making facilities. We even include a full breakfast for the morning after!

HOW TO BOOK BEDROOMS

Bedrooms can be booked via the following methods - guests booking directly: by quoting your names & wedding date, your guests can book in directlybridal party to allocate: using a rooming list, the bridal party can can allocate the guests to their rooms

To confirm bedroom reservations, we require bank card details. Any provisional rooms not secured with card details will be released 28 days prior to the wedding.

BESPOKE WEDDINGS.. .The Citrus Hotel Coventry welcomes all wedding traditions and is experienced in running Asian weddings of all sizes. We are respectful of tradition, cultural

heritage and the cosmopolitan requirements of our clients and can provide set-up for both banquet and buffet-style dining for every type of Asian wedding.

Citrus Hotel Coventry is the ideal venue for your own self-catered celebration.

Our Camelot Suite can comfortably host up to 250 guests with a dancefloor, and our pricing is designed to be flexible and tailored to meet your individual requirements, ranging from room hire only rates to fully catered packages.

By permitting external catering, you can have the beautiful food you want at your wedding, with attentive yet unobtrusive staff to ensure your wedding runs smoothly.

We are happy for you to use our facilities for the re-heating of food, provided that this is supplied by a caterer who has met with our chef and wedding co-ordinator, and has the relevant insurance to meet our health and safety requirements.

If you don’t have a caterer in mind, our experienced events team are more than happy to recommend traditional and award-winning companies that can cater for your event.
