Headway’s Shared Services Center is your employees’ primary resource for any questions they may have. Live representatives are available to respond to employee questions, issues and concerns between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. The Shared Services Center has a 96% resolution rate, so you can expect most issues to be resolved on the first call.
