● Mesin bubut CNC ukuran kecil dengan kapasitas yang tinggi (EBN-10EX) untuk Floor space ukuran 0.9 ㎡ ini menggunakan type Comb tooling system.

● Dengan alat ini kami menjamin akurasi posisi yang berkapasitas tinggi.

● Alat ini juga bias digunakan sebagai mesin bubut biasa yang bersifat umum bila kita menggunakan pegangan dengan 2 poros dan wadah bulat dengan sudut suboru.

● Machining center type Vertikal dengan poros utama nomor 30

● Kami telah menghasilkan mesin kelas minimum dengan lebar 1m.

● Alat ini menggunakan roll guide disetiap porosnya dan meninggikan tingkat kekakuan.

● Alat ini juga membuat threaded(ulir) dengan kecepatan dan kapasitas yang tinggi berdasarkan sinkronisasi tap/penyadapan ( hingga maksimum 6.000min-1).

● Alat ini type double arm ATC

● Ultra compact precision CNC lathe, “EBN-10EX,” requires only 0.9 sq. m. (the minimum floor space)

● EBN-10EX installs a Gang Type Tooling System for a high-accuracy positioning.

● With our optional parts, EBN-10EX can be also used for wide range of purposes: from a general processing to an ultra precision machining.

● We have a representative office in Thailand.

● BT30 spindle Vertical machining center.

● Machine width: 1m (the minimum machine width in the same class machines.)

● With a Roller type slide guide way, it improves slide rigidity.

●High-speed and high-precision screw machining with synchronized tapping (MAX 6,000min-1).

● By using double arm type ATC system with TVT313M1, it reduces the time for exchanging tools, so it contributes to a great improvement of productivity.
