BRIGANTE SUITE
The Brigante Suite, located
on the 3rd floor, is Hilton
Leeds City's largest function
space.
With a capacity for 250, the
suite is ideal for a large
wedding reception.
The Brigante Suite also
benefits from its own foyer
and bar area, toilet facilities
and is ideally located off the
main hotel lobby to make
welcoming your guetss as
seamless as possible.
NEVILLE SUITE
The Neville Suite, located on the 4th floor.
With a capacity for 120, the suite is ideal for
a more intimate wedding reception or
breakfast.
The Neville Suite also benefits from se semi
private foyer and bar area, toilet facilities.
The Brigante Suite is undergoing a complete refurbishment in August 2016

This package caters for 60 guests at your wedding breakfast for just £3,000.00.
Additional guests can be added for just £50.00 per person. The package price includes room hire charges and VAT.

We offer preferential rates for all your
guests and we can even build an
online booking page for you event to
make the arrangements easier for
them.
The Hilton Leeds benefits from a great
city centre location with great transport
links and access to Leeds City Station.
If any of your guests would like to
extend their stay to make the most of
the fantastic shopping and night life on
offer in Leeds we would be more than
happy to find a rate for them.
Our LivingWell Health Club offers full
gym facilities along the sauna and pool
and guests are more than welcome to
take advantage of this using their
residential membership.

THE NEXT STEPS
TO YOUR BIG DAY
We would be delighted to meet with
you so that you could come into the
hotel and view the facilities that we
have to offer if you haven’t already
done so. We do tailor make all our
packages so if there is anything else
that we can help with please do not
hesitate to contact us.
If you would like to proceed with your
booking we would require a deposit of
£500.00 to secure your date and we
will issue you with our Banquet Event
Order which outlines the day of your
wedding, pricing and timings. We
require this document to be signed and
scanned back to us with the Hilton
Terms & Conditions. Once this is
received with your deposit your
wedding will be confirmed. Final
balance is due 4 weeks prior.
