Time offVacation, holidays and personal days• A minimum of three weeks of vacation with additional weeks based on

your level and years of service

• Ten observed holidays

• Three paid personal days

• Prorated accrual of vacation and personal days in fi rst year of employment

Parental Leave Offers paid time off to new parents, foster parents or legal guardians with one year of service

• Six weeks of paid leave for the primary caregiver (in addition to short-term disability paid leave)

• Two weeks of paid leave if you are not the primary caregiver

• Includes the birth or adoption of a child or establishment of foster care and legal guardianships

Additional Days Off (ADO) ProgramAllows eligible employees to purchase an additional fi ve or ten days of time off

• Funded through payroll deductions over 12 pay periods

• Annual ADO enrollment opportunity in February of each year

• Deductions taken for unused ADO are reimbursed to you

Family Medical LeaveAllows individuals with at least one year of service to take unpaid family medical leave for up to 16 weeks (four more weeks than federally required). Time off under family medical leave also may include intermittent days off, which in some instances may be paid. Family medical leave applies to:

• Care for your newborn, recently adopted child or foster-care child

• Care for a serious health condition that makes you unable to perform your job

• Care for a serious health condition of your child, spouse, eligible same-sex domestic partner or parent (or other family members as required by certain state laws)

• Care for a service member who is recovering from a serious illness or injury sustained in the line of duty who is a spouse or eligible same-sex domestic partner, child, parent or nearest blood relative

Casual illness• The fi rm recognizes that you may occasionally be unable to work due to

casual illness or injury and has not established a fi xed number of casual illness days per year.
