    YIOP ANNOUNCEMENTS Babysitting begins at 9AM Shabbat mornings.

    Scholar in Residence, on Nov. 3-4, with Rabbi Hayyim Angel (the National Scholar of the Institute for Jewish Ideas and Ideals.) He also teaches at Yeshiva University. There will be an Oneg Shabbat, at the home of Steven & Sharon Cohen (26001 Marlowe Pl., OP), at 8:45PM. Topic: The Chosen People In An Age of Political Correctness. A Melave Malka will take place at 8:30PM. Topic: Orthodoxy & Confrontation With Modern Bible Criticism.

    There will not be a Kiddush this week due to our Scholar in Residence luncheon. This luncheon is for those who have already made their reservations.

    New Dedication Opportunity - You can now send tribute cards in honor or in memory of someone through a dedication to the YIOP Education Fund. This fund enables educational programming, including speakers, for YIOP, throughout the year. Please help YIOP continue Torah education today.

    Please remember that all ballots are due on Monday, Nov. 6. Some ballots received could not be counted, as the outer envelope was not identifiable. If you need a new ballot, contact the office.

    Fall Membership meeting will take place on Wed., Nov. 8, at 8PM.
