“On the Job” Training

3. “On the Job” Training at Construction Areas
Realizing special instructions and very short qualification courses for workers and construction site managers to handle new materials correctly and to optimize construction processes
short courses and information materials for “training on demand” have to be developed to meet requirements of realization of new quality and new technology buildings
close co-operation is necessary between team 4 (capacity development/vocational training), team 3 (planning of new quality and new technology buildings) and Iranian partners such as BHRC, NTDC, TVTO, involved construction companies
This activity can currently not be planned and scheduled, because it depends on the timetable for the constructing of new quality and new technology buildings
