CALL TO WORSHIP Rev. Shaun Hartsell
∆ OPENING HYMN “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee” #807
∆ RECONNECTING TO GOD: Lynn Schindler O God, You know all things—even the secrets we would choose to hide and You have heard the agony of our souls as we have struggled with sin. Lord, so often it seems when we have tried our hardest for You, time reveals we have chosen paths You would not have had us walk. Even when we’ve known better, we’ve found ourselves going the wrong directions with no excuses to offer. Forgive us, Lord, and in Your grace use our lives to lead others to seek Your mercy and love. Help us to live for You, Lord. In Christ we pray. Amen.
CHILDREN’S MOMENT Shari Logan Immediately following the children’s moment, the children will be escorted to our modular building with Shari Logan and the children’s volunteer team for children’s church. Parents, please pick them up following the service.
∆ WORSHIP THROUGH PRAISE _________________________ Praise Team “We Are The Free” “Blessed Be Your Name”
PASTORAL PRAYER Rev. Shaun Hartsell Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

COMMUNION (Passing Plates) Rev. Shaun Hartsell The Lord’s Supper is the sign and seal of eating and drinking in communion with the crucified and risen Lord. The invitation to the Lord’s Supper is extended to all who have been baptized or believe that Jesus is Lord, remembering that access to the Table is not a right conferred upon the worthy, but a privilege given to the un-deserving who come in faith, repentance, and love. Even one who doubts or whose trust is wavering may come to the Table in order to be assured of God’s love and grace in Christ Jesus.
