Transcription Notes: This is another of the more basic lines featured on the album ‘A Funk Odyssey’, though it still holds good groove and some challenges. The entire track is based around the same riff cycle and should allow you to play it note for note, or create your own variations as you please. The main thing to watch out for here is the use of dead notes to create a nice and tight syncopated groove. Once you have the feeling of the track, you should "nd the rest of the variations easy enough to incorporate.
