ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to those whose legal residence or principal place of business is in any of the 16 counties served by United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc. (Illinois: Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Clinton, St. Clair, Monroe, Randolph; Missouri: Lincoln, Warren, St. Charles, St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Franklin, Jefferson) and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, the winner of the Grand Prize (described below) must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. You need not be present to win. This promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. (CDT) on August 1, 2020, and ends at 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on October 30, 2020. Employees and their immediate families of United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Schmersahl Treloar & Company, and Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and parent and related companies, are not eligible to enter or win.

TO ENTER AT A CAMPAIGN RALLY: Beginning on August 1, 2020, you may enter by attending your workplace rally, viewing the 2020 campaign video, and completing an Official Entry Form, including your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, age and email address (if applicable), and delivering the completed entry form to the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc. representative or Employee Campaign Coordinator at the campaign rally, or by mailing it to United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc., 910 North 11th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101, Attn: Watch. Enter. Win.

ONLINE ENTRY METHOD: Go to HelpingPeople.org/WinACar to watch the 2020 United Way campaign video and obtain a promotion code. Enter the promotion code on the screen and follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, age and email address (if applicable) and all “required fields”.

Each online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the email account by which the entry is made. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account (as specified by the Internet Service Provider) used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Entries made by any individual or any entity other than the named entrant and/or originating at any other Internet Website, including (but not limited to) commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites are void.

ALTERNATE ENTRY METHOD: On a 3”x 5” card print the words “Watch. Enter. Regardless of entry method, you may enter only once. All entries must be received by United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc., at the above address, by 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on October 30, 2020, regardless of entry method.

Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Proof of depositing entry in mail is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the promotion, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a 2020 Ford Fusion S, valued at approximately $24,364 [donated by Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois].

All federal, state and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. All shipping and handling fees for delivery and any registration or licensing of the Grand Prize will be the responsibility of the winner. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize permitted. Winner will be required to complete and return an Internal Revenue Service W-9 form (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Any winner of prize valued at $600 or more will receive a 1099-MISC income tax form from Sponsor.

A total of one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing at United Way of Greater St. Louis, Inc., 910 North 11th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101, from among all eligible entries, by judges selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all matters related to this promotion. The drawing will be supervised by Schmersahl Treloar & Company, Certified Public Accountants. The winner will be notified by December 1, 2020, and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of issuance. By entering and/or accepting any prize, each winner hereby consents (except where prohibited) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of such winner’s photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of such winner without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this promotion. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in such winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution for any prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Grand Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for this promotion and are equal regardless of method of entry.

GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Sponsor and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of the Grand Prize or parts thereof or from participation in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of this promotion.
