They provide detailed information on their yachting experience, qualifications and skills (this includes their original CVs, contact details, references and certificates). With a completed profile, crew can then apply for any positions on our website.

All crew remain in the database for 30 days. After 30 days of inactivity, their accounts are temporarily de-activated until their next login.

Employer Registration

Yacht Owners, Captains, Agencies, Management Companies and Representatives register with us.

You then have two options for finding crew (1) Crew Search (searching our database of active members) (2) Posting a position (job advert on our homepage)

All crew that apply for your position(s) or simply found through crew search are ranked (%) in order of suitability based upon your requirements. Use our comprehensive filters to find your ideal candidate(s) and create your shortlist.
