The 12-strong team provides a core professional service with a broad range of expertise including portfolios, loan security, transactional support and corporate advice, as well as specialist valuations such as compulsory purchase and taxation advice. We value a wide range of diverse property types, from offices, retail, industrial, leisure and corporates, on behalf of pension funds, property companies, developers, banks and corporate occupiers.

Commercial valuation – we are on the panels of all of the major high street property lenders including RBS, Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC, Santander as well as specialist lenders including Aviva, Aldermore and Wells Fargo.
